I generally have a good experience at this location. The only drawback are the homeless who are often present outside. The staff are always friendly and coffee and other items are always good. They do their best to keep the establishment clean and sanitary.

I orderd ice coffee everytime they messed up with my ice coffee sometimes they forget to put sugar or hazelnut syrup. Only Udayvir makes perfect coffee for me.

Ordered Bagel BELT with everything on it and took it home. It supposed to have 5 layers of goodness but to my surprise, they only gave me the plain toasted bagel :(

You can see from my profile that I don't give bad reviews very often. You will have to wait at least 10 minutes to be acknowledged in-person while the drive thru is prioritized. You need a key to use the washroom, for which you will also wait a significant amount of time. I understand there are targets to meet on the computer and in the drive thru but don't forget the very nature of customer service is the customer in front of you. Don't worry, it won't be me again.

Went through the drive thru and they either misunderstood me and my partner or are extremely rude. They almost always screw up our food. We are going to start going to a new location as this one keeps getting worse.

I am a regular at this location. From the right people, the service is always excellent and friendly. While to others, being clear on my order. It seems one thing is always forgotten or messed up. As well as some, including the General Manager of the store. The customer service itself, is not their strongest suit. Overall, It is great if you have small orders but anything bigger. I wouldn't recommend

Whoever is working in the morning shift(Drive thru) needs to be a bit more polite to customers. It’s like they wanna get this done ASAP. They don’t even have the patience to listen. Improve your customer service skills man. It’s horrible. Be a bit nicer to people.

It was ok kinda like every other tims sometimes they get it right and sometimes they don't I think is lack of staff, and they need to spend more time training there staff but that's like almost everywhere

I have always had good service at this Timmy's, the food is good and no issues so far (this is by drive thru). The atmosphere inside (I have only been inside once) felt super crowded and kind of dark, I don't know if it was that day only, or that's a regular thing.
