Paul helped me at 1am a few years ago, when I had a massive back up in the sewer. Even though it was well after midnight, he came and did a fantastic job. He made me feel very comfortable even though it was a horrible hour. Roots from a tree had blocked the pipes, Paul was efficient and thorough, and has a very happy disposition. I then moved, but needed his help again in a new house. He kindly made a spot for us, and attended on time, and was incredibly quick and efficient. I was delighted to hear he now has his Gas fitters licence along with many other tickets. Paul is a gem, and I HIGHLY recommend him. He leaves everything so tidy and has the auld fashioned work ethics. Great job Paul. So glad I have your number!!

I can't recommend Paul and Lonsdale Plumbers any more highly. I called when our heat on demand water tank/boiler completely stopped working. He came with his apprentice at the end of their very long day. It turned out to be a more complicated issue than they hoped and it turned out that they needed to order some parts. Paul always kept me updated in regards to the situation. They always worked really hard, were very professional and were very responsive when I had any questions. They ended up having to come here three times. I was worried about the final cost. I could not believe how reasonable it was for the amount of time and effort they put into the situation.The quality of their work is great! You could not get a better plumbing team! Thanks so much!

I like the fact that they notified me prior to the appointment that there will be a trainer with them and I won't be billed for the extra person. The technician diagnosed the problem of the leaking shower head quickly and were able to install a new one on the same visit. Very honest and efficient company I would highly recommend!

My gas line stopped working on a Thursday evening. (We had a seismic valve which malfunctioned and I couldn’t reset it). Called Paul Friday. He was busy until the following Tuesday at least. Thenhe called back and said he could come Saturday morning.Showed up on time. Fixed the problem. No muss. No fuss. Good fair price. Great to have hot water again. Highly recommended.

Paul and his team at Lonsdale Plumbers are excellent! I would highly recommend the company to anyone looking for efficient, reliable, and timely service. Right from the initial call back, I liked Paul’s pleasant demeanour. He was so optimistic about being able to fix my plumbing issue and explained what needed to be done throughout the entire job. I was also very impressed with the way he worked with his team. It was a two-person job and they worked so professionally, getting the work done in minimal time. Thank you, Paul and Eric!

Paul managed our entire bathroom renovation and we are extremely happy with the results. His work is immaculate and he hired great sub-contractors. He communicated very well with us throughout the project. He and Eric have great attention to detail and went over and above to make sure everything was perfect and that we were happy. It was an all-around positive experience and we would not hesitate to recommend him.

Shortly before Christmas we had to place an emergency call to Lonsdale Plumbers for a boiler repair. I was delighted to receive a text from the owner of the company within an hour of placing the call. They were completely backed up but Paul was able to take the time to ask for the model number so that he could start sourcing parts to expedite the repair. He managed to squeeze us in first thing in the morning, and even sent us a text message when he was on the way after picking up the part and within an hour we were up a running. Very reasonable rate and excellent, friendly and reliable service. A real gentleman to deal with and we highly recommend this company! Chris, North Vancouver

Paul arrived on site early and was very responsive and flexible in scheduling prior to the appointment. The job was done quickly and he was very clear with pricing and what has to be done and any follow up instructions. First time hiring him but definitely will come back to him for any other issues with my homes!

Lonsdale Plumbers came to unblock my kitchen sink. They ended up flooding my suite downstairs which cost me $3000 to fix the floors, plus they CHARGED ME FOR THE SERVICES THAT LED TO THE FLOOD!They tried to say it was not their fault because they didn't know there was a suite below (we are clearly on the second level, and they never asked, how was I to know that was important information). Then they tried to tell me the problem was in the tenant's suite (the tenants have never complained, isn't it possible that the blockage was between my suite and the tenants? they said no... again, how am I supposed to know, that's why I hire a professional. Then they tried to claim that the flood happened before they came to my suite (sometime between 8am when the tenants left and 9am when the plumber arrived?? what a coincidence.This could have easily been avoided if they had asked me what was below, or if they had told me what information they needed to know about the house. It was a huge waste of time and money for a lot people.
