We have used White Shark window and eave cleaning for 10 ears or more, The people that come to the house are professional, clean and polite, This year we used there services to install our Xmas lights. Fabulous job, installed 400ft. of lights on the front of our house in 2 hours. 3 people all the ladders flying around, well done White Shark.

Very unprofessional and dodge accountability.Booked an appointment to get an estimate for exterior painting. Was told that the next available appointment was on a Friday morning a little over a week away. I work work M-F but took a half day off so I could accommodate. Got a call from them the morning of the appointment advising the representative who was scheduled to provide the quote, and apparently the head of the painting division, Roger, was running late and would be a couple of hours late. Having taken the morning off, I was obviously annoyed but remained polite and said it wouldn't be an issue. I called in to work and took the remainder of the day off. Too bad Roger never showed up. Since then, I've received no follow-up from the company as to why Roger never showed despite me leaving voicemails and having called several time. I am convinced that they're screening my calls. You would think at the very least they'd call to apologize.Don't let the polite receptionist fool you. This company is very unprofessional and will dodge you if there are any issues. There are many, many negative reviews about this company on other review sites. I'm not sure why I gave them the benefit of the doubt.I guess that's my mistake.
