Absolute trash customer service by male elderly owner. Walked in to drop off a ups package he said it has to be tapped down and that it's not part of his job to tape it down. Had to go to the tattoo store over and ask to borrow their scotch tape. When I came back in with the taped down label and suggested if he didn't want to cater to ups customers he should not have said he can't let me borrow tape. He told me I can not take your package go somewhere else. If I yelled or swore I'd understand but I did neither. He doesn't want customers point plank. Calling UPS right after I submit this.

Called to inquire to see if they had any of a particular item & the person working there told me I had nothing better to be doing with my time. Very horrid customer service.

The employee was very kind and helpful. He even came out to my car to bring me my UPS delivery so I didn't have to go in the store. I did not know they took UPS shipments and other shipping companies, I will use them from now on for all my UPS pick up and drop off. Great convenience store.

Been going there for over 20 years. Great family. They have always helped out the kids of they are short a quarter or whatever. Grew up going to that store. Still do a few times a week

Horrible I order from Amazon and the delivery (Purolator)stated that was at my house (no true I have a camera) and after calling Amazon 1 hour on the phone i was told to conto Rockland place... it has a weird smell and the poor girl couldn't find the package was all a mountain of packages not organized. After 30'later she found it.. and told me that the delivery company being a lots all together... that means the delivery company Never went any house to deliver!!!

Been coming to this store for 15 plus years. The owners are wonderful, very friendly, and fair. This store has alot of different services available, plus clothing. Over the years I've grown to know their family, and they have grown to know mine aswell. They also offer ice-cream too, you can either get a cone or they have little bowls for $1.25 a scoop, great for a treat or on a hot day too cool down. The flavors are everyone's favorites too! I highly recommend this store if your ever in the neighborhood!
