I'm so annoyed at this location, I've bought 3 blizzards in the past couple of weeks. 2 out of the 3 times, the blizzard comes almost completely melted. Before I even got to my home literally 5 minutes away in my air conditioned car, the blizzard has melted all over my car and inside the cup. This is totally unacceptable.

Smaller location but found the staff to be attentive and supportive of customer needs. Often there is a line out the door but the team is well trained and turning out food quickly.Outside seating would help, particularly wihmth an ice cream shopWashrooms weren't could have used additional attention.

During my recent visit to Dairy Queen Grill & Chill, my order consisted of some slush for an ice cream treat, as well as onion rings. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations.The slush was satisfactory, according to my kids. However, they mentioned that the slush from another store in a nearby gas station was better, which was disappointing considering the higher cost at Dairy Queen. Additionally, the banana split treat I ordered was messy, despite the weather being relatively cool. By the time I reached my car, the ice cream had already started to melt, which was unfortunate.The real trouble arose with the onion rings. Not only were they undercooked, but I also discovered pieces of chicken mixed in with the onion rings. This was a significant letdown and detracted from the overall dining experience.Overall, I left Dairy Queen Grill & Chill feeling dissatisfied. The inconsistencies in the quality of the treats, along with the disappointing onion ring mishap, left me with a less than favorable impression. I hope that Dairy Queen takes note of these issues and takes steps to improve their food quality and consistency for the enjoyment of all customers.

Chicken strips were amazing and fries were perfect. Staff was awesome.Wish there were a more than 3 chicken strips in the combo but they were still awesome.

We love DQ, it's our family's goto place for ice cream, even more so during pandemic and lockdowns. This location is great. Staff was friendly. Great options to choose from. Their blizzards are so yummy. Would love to drop by again this week. Thank you!

This location has consistent shady practice of overcharging for peanuts or almonds. Only once was I charged correctly by someone that was probably a new hire. Ask for peanuts and pecans on whatever it is you’re ordering and they’ll charge you for Extra peanuts or Pecans which is almost 3x more. Any other location when I ask for peanuts or pecans they charge me 1x is regular amount which is usually $0.50. Not the $1.50 that this location charges. When I challenge them they let me know that’s their regular price for those extra toppings. I guess that one off time I got charged correctly I just have had….what….employee discounted pricing?? Very often the same person that you just handed cash to is the person making your treat without washing their hands. They really need to change this practice. Unsanitary and probably should be reported as improper food handling practices.I have stopped going here out of principle. Dairy Queen HQ should look into this location’s unsanitary and shady practices.

My favorite ice cream spot good for winter and summer season. Happy the cotton flavour back. Always satisfied when I order. Store hours have changed.
