Hot topics deals were absolutely amazing today! I would highly recommend creating an account with Hot topic if you haven't done so already.You get emails telling you what deals they have in store and when, and you get a free $5 birthday reward during your birth month.With their deals today, I got a mini anime backpack and a super soft anime cuddle blanket for only $47!!! At regular price I would have paid over $90 for the two items.

Everytime I come in here, albeit for myself or for gift shopping theres always a solid selection of items ranging to dainty pins to a wide selection of clothing items with all your favourite anime & bands on them. Entire team is always helpful & kind every visit I've had at this location.

I have to say, I really like this location. The manager is super nice, the employees are helpful and friendly, and overall I have never had a bad experience when I go into the store. I am glad they are carrying a variety of items now as I can usually find it all here. (goth, emo, anime, harry potter, disney, etc) I will continue to come back to this location to see what's new and because I get some of the best customer service ever here!

Me and my girlfriend went shopping here last week and we were just looking at everything. We decided to look at other stores and come back later to buy anything if we still wanted to, at that point one of the employees asked my girlfriend where she put a bracelet to witch she had put on another rack. She told him that and he started getting US and him to look around the store for where she had put the bracelet for about 5 minutes. When it was found we decided to not come back after being accused of stealing just because we are younger. Definitely not coming back

I come to this store constantly. including a lot of the time during my break at work and I’m always welcomed into the store. its such a positive environment and everyone is very helpful finding what i need. admittedly half my closet is from their store but I’m not upset about it. I love the different shirt styles. as well as their size range is very nice! as an added bonus their clothing is good quality fabric and is never stiff or old feeling, and there are lots of chances to get some money off your purchase as a frequent shopper with a membership!

Really rude manager I’m pretty sure. It was a dude. Last weekend I went in there with my bf going to decide if we wanted to purchase these pants or another, as soon as we walked in we were followed. I was holding a bracelet I liked but walking around the store more I decided I did not want it. I placed it down on a shirt. Obviously there’s many. As soon as me and my bf were leaving were were asking about that bracelet and was asked to show were we placed it. We told the manager we would be right back because we were planning on buying those pants but wanted to check out another store first . He obviously thought we were stealing and was rude. We obviously showed him we’re the bracelet was placed and told him we would not be back to purchase anything from. As being a teen who does not steal and support businesses I wouldn’t purchase here.

Cool store quite a few Band Tee's though getting a lot of Disney product :S.
