CCI Wireless is a great internet service provider. Excellent customer service, good honest value with clear transparent internet packages AND no condescension when it came to technical support (super rare!). They really worked with me to resolve any problems. I definitely recommend this company. I don't take the time to post reviews often so when I do you can bet I'm being sincere.

Service was great, for the first year, and has quickly become the most unstable connection I've ever seen, and I remember the dial-up days. We've called frequently with problems, ran speed test after speed test, and done everything they've asked, including installing a stupid looking 12 ft tripod on our roof (paid for out of pocket, $250).We subscribe for a 30mpbs connection, and usually get around 2. Would not recommend signing a contract with this provider, unless you have masochistic tendencies.

We were with CCI for about 4-1/2 years. The experience was very positive up until last month when it all came crashing down. The system doesn't work for us anymore the way it is set up. That said, the customer service people at CCI have been phenomenal throughout the 4-1/2 years. Always polite and very helpful and, perhaps most importantly, effective. Up until last month, I think the most down time I've had might have been a couple of days if I had to arrange for servicing but normally it would be fixed by the end of the phone call. I have only good things to say about the customer service staff at all!

I had been looking for Internet service for quite some time at our four-season cabin both for entertainment and security purposes. There aren't a lot of choices in rural areas so I held off.Then I discovered CCI. The pricing was comparable to what I pay in the city and the service itself it excellent! Unlimited data? I never expected that.When I called into their support center I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and attentive personal service I received. They took my order and followed up to ensure everything was working properly. When I've had questions they have been there for me with a (virtual) smile. The installer did a great job setting everything up and I now have service that I never thought possible.I highly recommend CCI!

I signed up with CCI wireless back in June 2020, I have had multiple outages with this company and such a hard time getting in contact with someone. No one replies to emails, there customer service is awful. I've waited on the phone for 3hours will no call back. They don't care about there customers and just want your money. I will be cancelling once my contract is up.

We left Xplornet due to horrible internet speeds, high costs and constant throttling. And incredibly poor customer service.Came over to CCI and it was great. Consistent. No throttling, and any time we had and issue, the tech support was great. Until they got bought out by Xplornet. Have massive issues with internet and when I tried to call tech support, was forwarded to a voice-mail system telling me to leave a message and someone will get back to me... the next day. So I am without any real internet for the rest of the night when I have work to do and no way to access files that I need in a timely manner. Seems the speeds I am getting are WORSE than the old school dial up!They sent out an email stating that nothing was going to change with service and we can expect the same customer support we were used to with CCI. What a lie!

Horrible wifi, horrible customer service, horrible system. Do not recommend. We used it for about a year and a half, it was merely impossible to even go onto classes/google meets and by July of 2022 we didn’t have wifi for a month yet was still charged for the services. We called customer service and they were rude.

I've been with CCI for years, and every year the service gets worse and worse. I have never asked for a credit on the days and weeks that I had minimal to virtually no service. It slowed to the point of having a tech come and look at it twice. I now am asked to cough up $450. to put the antenna in a different location on a tripod. They responded to me by saying they will cover half of the contractors bill. If I were to add up the days without wifi, they would owe me a few bucks. This what customer loyalty looks like at CCI.

I have spent the last few months complaining about my internet and nothing changes. The technicians will lie to me saying that something in my house is downloading at the capacity yet I will have everything in my house turned off. Magically everything will work after ten minutes of being on the phone with the technician. Unfortunately these fixes never last and I am left with garbage internet. The days of dial up internet were not as painful as the service I continue to get with CCI. Once my contract obligations are fulfilled with CCI I will be switching service providers.

Been long time customers, the internet they provide was good 7 years ago but far too slow for today's market. We have been paying a lot for promised 5mbps and only got 1.5-3mbps on a good day with no internet at all in the evening and weekends during peak hours. There is no other speeds available from CCI in our area. We are doing home based learning this year for the kids so need fast reliable internet for zoom meetings . We switched to a Telus Hub that provides minimum 25mbps but I've tested 35-110mbps all day long for the same price. CCI customer service and tech support is top notch so not entirely bad as an only option.
