If theres a zero star I would give a zero. She takes on too many orders and can not follow through. If she promises to give it on a specific day she wont start the blouse until you go in expecting it to be done. I had a very bad experience having to wait last min to recieve my blouse back. The wedding was at 4 and she only gave my blouse at 3. Very disappointed in the service.

My wife got a couple of blouses done for her friends event. This was our first experience with Indian blouses and I was blown away with Ms. Rangini's skills and experience. My wife was super happy with the service, and she will definitely go back. I'll highly recommend her!

The price they charge and the quality of the stitching are not good enough these day’s - Do not match.Very bad quality of stitches for simple outfits.They can’t even follow the design we requested but the ladies there give excuses. Very disappointed ☹️ with the service.

I had a terrible experience here as a first time customer. They are unorganized and also misplaced my blouse. The lady accused me of not giving HER my order and said she doesn’t take alterations. Advised her numerous times that she did . Eventually she called her employee only to find out her employee had taken it home. My event is at 5pm she said she can only give it to me at 5pm. After arguing with her she finally agreed to give the blouse to me at 2pm. This is unnecessary stress for me and very unprofessional.

Finally we found a tailor who can actually meet our demands. We have tried so many other tailors, was all disappointing and wasted so much money on them. Ranji is our tailor for 3 years. She does a very good job. She did my wedding blouses and everyone appreciated the look and the cut. To avoid last minute stitching and adjustments, you have to give your orders way ahead of time and give specific instructions.

Extremely unreliable, worst experience 0/10. if I could give 0 stars I would.I was guaranteed that my blouse would be ready and when I arrived the lady (Rajini) didn't even start nor do anything. I travelled from far and from the start advised I'm trusting her to guarantee the date, which she agreed. I would never recommended this place to anyone based off of my experience.Don't promise/guarantee if you're overworked. Simply deny from the start rather than wasting people's time.I had to go to her house to pick up my unfinished/not-worked-on blouse.Also there's an obvious favouritism towards non-Tamils when it comes to satisfaction.My advice: go somewhere else more reputable.
