You guys are terrible. Lie on the phone, pretend to lose notes from other calls. You said a manager will call back within 48 hours, and nobody called back. You guys have horrible customer service. Thank god the company EASTLINK is available.

Wasted a lot of my time today. Transferred a million times from department to department. They cannot find my account using account number or name. We figured out they misspelled my name when creating my account “Slyvie” instead of Sylvie. Besides she still could not find my account. Account number was not working. Wasted a whole lot of my time. 36 minutes later I’m beyond frustrated so she gets a manager and then comes back on the phone all cheerful saying she finally found my account with another of their system. Sorry but I won’t be cheery if it takes you that long to find my account. I also chose French when calling and get someone french but then Im always transferred to English only in other departments and even got told the french person was out today so tough luck. I am soon to be done with bell! Thanks anyway.
