I called Stratis after finding them off of Google. Ken answered the phone and I explained that we were looking for a Phase 1 assessment of our building, and that us receiving the report was very time sensitive. Ken reassured that he could provide the report within a couple weeks. This was half the time of the competitors. His pricing was on point with everyone else, and he was quick, concise and very pleasant when I met with him the next day to conduct the tour of our facility. Regardless of the fact there was an immense amount of unexpected additional information that needed to be sifted through to complete our Phase 1, Stratis still held to the timeline.
