Techs don't have a clue. Had 1 guy tell me our a-coil was plugged and he couldn't clean it. So he cut a big hole in the side of our furnace and left. Told me repair would take 8 hours and cost over a grand. Accused us of ruuning furnace without filter (which is impossible; furnace won't run without it).Had a different tech come, clean coil in 2 hours and it didn't cost a thing. Furnace still under warranty.I reommend you stay away from these guys.

Had an issue with my furnace not heating enough. They showed up on time and had the part to replaced fairly quickly. Great to deal with and would definitely recommend their services.

I would give negative stars if possible.They were sent by Reliance to repair the central air. Showed up, didnt look at anything, belittled my wife and then left.I called Reliance and requested that this company not be used anymore. They are sending out their own technicians in the morning. Do not use this company for your home and do yourself a favor a request that Reliance not send them as a sub if you use Reliance.

G & J has always been a pleasure to deal with. I recently had my furnace and A/C replaced and start to finish they’ve been excellent. Starting with great communication on the sales side right down to extreme care and cleanliness on the installation side. Hands down the best people to deal with.

G & J Heating and cooling we’re hired to install a new magic pack furnace in two my condos. It was a pleasure dealing with Jay. The company is very professional, honest, straight forward, very good Communication and did an awesome job. They also took care of another problem I had. They were able to install both my furnaces in one day. They cleaned up after themselves. I will now be hiring them to install a new furnace and A/C in my home. I definitely will recommend G & J to my family and friends.

This repair person told me that I have old stuff" and if I don't get "new stuff"

I started using this company when my A/C stopped working mid summer. They sent someone out right away to fix the issue and also spent time with me explaining why it broke down and how to avoid it in the future. Fast forward 3 years and they have installed fireplaces and ran gas lines for me at a few different houses. I have used many HVAC companies in the past but G&J have earned my business for life!

They were supposed to come install a new furnace. The first day they came they didn’t have the part and they were supposed to come back tomorrow. They never showed up or called to say they weren’t coming. Didn’t answer the message left. If your looking for someone reliable I would go with a different company.
