The people are friendly and polite! Work was done when they said it would be done!Not too thrilled about the way they use email to send a quote. They sent a email but I never seen the quote attached.Could have been me though?Also a little pricey. But I guess what isn’t now a days!All in all I will bring my truck back there.

This place has become the biggest joke in the trucking community around here. Non VIN specific parts are way more expansive than ANY other dealer or parts store in the area. Most of the newer parts guys are a bunch of complete tools with trash attitudes.I have delt with this Freightliner for over 15yrs it's SAD to see what it has become especially since Premier took over.

Well,after years servicing my truck with team truck center I had 2 services with premier truck grup and I saw some things that is more positive and more professional in terms of handling the matter.They offer quick truck assessment and service which is important especially if you are o/o and the bill wasn't too high.So,thumbs up for premier truck,keep doing it the same and best regards.

Worst place to deal with. Gave me a run around for 2 weeks and still managed to give me wrong parts. Worst dealership to deal with. 0 starts for this dealership and Frightener costumer service.

For two years I've been coming to Premiere to have my truck fixed because it is the closest facility that does my warranty work, the front counter is very respectful and courteous , the guys on the shop floor will come out and talk to you about your issues which I like. Time is money for us who own trucks whether it's just one truck or Fleet and I do believe that premiere recognizes that and respects it in most cases my truck is fixed within 4 to 7 days sometimes we drivers do need a holiday so I have no problems on letting other drivers know about premiere truck group of Cambridge thank you and keep up the good work guys and gals

Past employee. Let's just say it was the worst work experience of my life in parts. Around 2014, almost every parts employee left. Working during Covid, was a living hell the way we were treated. Service techs are great. After most of the people quit, I learned that the parts manager told the new employees she fired everyone and wanted to start fresh. They (when it was Team Truck) had the BEST parts drivers and staff in the business. Everyone left because of management. Hopefully the new owners, Premier, changes that. I'm an intelligent, smart person with lots of dealership experience and have flourished at my new job. When I was with Team (now Premier) I was wasted talent.

Could you, please, train your Parts Team on how to provide good Customer Service? I was in a store on the morning of April 29 and was really disappointed with the service: Chris with no smile, and no attention to anybody who entered the store. The day before Lorenzo provided excellent service. I say Thank you for his attitude towards the Customers.
