Our hot water stopped and within 5 days a comp[ete installation occurred complicated by a movement of vanity and toilet.All put back to normal and no more cold showers.

The last thing you want to happen is your furnace breaking in the winter, on the weekend no less. I called at 9 am on a saturday, and the tech came by 2. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and quick. This is why I call AV Tech when I need help with my heating appliances!

I called first thing Monday morning with an emergency with my hot water tank…someone called me back immediately and came soon after. Within 2 hours, my problem was fixed! Rick was amazing, helpful, explained the problem and how he was going to fix it…all around excellent customer service from both the tech, and the ladies in the office!
