This place very helpfull!

I used to work at a similar shop on North Shore of Maui. 30 Noeuds is way bigger, is much more equipped, the people there are cooler, and the vibe is better. I highly recommend this place.

What a bad experience. Martin was super helpful and friendly. I finalized the sale of buying a brand new Duotone kite with a bar. A transaction of almost 4000 dollars (and even if it was for 40 dollars). As I was about to pay, I was asking Martin for a better discount than the 10% he offered, and all of a sudden the manager/owner jumped in and started lecturing me about if he gives a big discount to every person that walks into the store then he should not be in business. I nicely told him you don’t need to lecture me. I was just asking if you could do a better discount. Yet he decided to be more rude and said you can go to downtown or Toronto and see if they give you the discount you want. At this point, I realized that this is completely unacceptable and plain rude so I thanked Martin for his great service and told the owner you do not deserve my business or any other business for that matter. What a shame.

I have been in there a half dozen times. Staff are always friendly and willing to help. One suggestion though: Do something about that web site. It hasn't improved in years..
