Monday 3rd July!Honestly I love popeyes, and I am from Ottawa but I have been to several Toronto locations as well as I often come and stay with my cousins. This is probably the cheapest popeyes location I have been to. How do these employees decide the portion of food? I was really surprised when I received my popcorn shrimp (it’s my favourite) the quantity was so less than what I get at other locations that I had to stop and take a picture lol

Such a shame for so reputed food outlet franchise,They have Zero hygiene for the customers: No supplies in washrooms, No cleanliness and maintenance for the female washroom as well.Customers have written some messages on the glass of female washrrom that doesnot look so new.extremely disappointed for the same

Ordered a bunch of spicy chicken tenders. They made a fresh batch and it was absolutely delicious! This is way better than rippin' chicken, or the chicken sandwich! Eat them right away in the restaurant and you are definitely going to be satisfied.Didn't get a combo. Don't care about their fries. Popeye's isn't known for fries... their specialty is chicken! THIS is by far the best fried chicken!!! Not even greasy. Just perfect!

Excellent location. One complaint is that I went here again at 11:03 and it was locked despite it saying it opens at 10:00. I left since I don’t know when they will open and didn’t want to waste time. They need to change the opening times on here. I see in other comments that this is an issue and Popeyes either ignores them or replies some generic robotic response to send an email to them. I don’t understand why they can’t just easily change the opening times.

Went yesterday night was so late but still got the best service and tasty deluxe sandwich, one girl with specs and mask took my order and made my burger. I must appreciate the way she helped me in selecting the meal , it was so polite and energetic. But one problem i faced that homeless person made me feel bad there. So I request you to do something about that , but really admire your service.

The two working on may 18 2023 at 2:00pm deserve a raise. They were the epitome of customer service. Even though my order was late, they handled it so so well. Honestly this is what customer service is all about. I hope somehow their bosses see this and those two get rewarded. I wish all Popeyes employees were like them.
