We are absolutely disturbed by the behaviour of the receptionist named Sabina who is terrorizing older clientele and particularly my father who is 85 years old and who is a holocaust survivor . He came to see a walking dr and has been screamed ,yelled and threatened by this lady Sabina the receptionist . Even though the other person was trying to help and understand the situation and telling him that he can go see a dr but this lady Sabina continued harassing my father and insulting him by not letting him to go see a waking dr with absolutely no reason to that . My father ended up in a hospital after that situation that was created with no reason by Sabina . To the management : this is your direct responsibility to hire and teach your workers to behave in a professional matter with dealing with people especially older people and you failed on all the points to do that . We will be sending an official complain letter to the ministry of health and asking them to look into your operations .

After my previous doctor retired, I started to visit Dr. Joshi for my medical needs. He is a great physician. He does not take matters lightly, nor does he over prescribe. I am very glad to have him as my family doctor.

Me and my wife has good experience with Disera medical center. Dr Mirza is our family physician and was very helpful during our first baby.She is very emphatic, knowledgeable and the best. Would recommend her anytime.

My 1st time walking into this clinic on my daughters recommendation. Check in was very quick even though there were several other woman attending other patients. I waited 2 minutes before being called into a room where already Dr. Rajan Joshi was already waiting for me. Great bedside and very accommodating. Walked away within 10 minutes from when I walked in with exactly what I needed to solve my problem. This is a fantastic clinic.

I am truly impressed with my new family doctor Dr. Rajan Joshi. he is very caring, courteous, professional and gives me plenty of time to express my health issues. I feel very comfortable and confident that I will get immediate medical assistance.Thank you for providing excellent health care!

Came here on a Friday afternoon for walk-in to get a vaccine and had a great experience. Only waited around 5 minutes and was seen by Dr. Gabien, who was not only very welcoming and professional but also had great bedside manners. The vaccine administration was quick and painless. Will definitely come back here for walk-in. Highly recommend!

Please stay away from this medical center. Unorganized and irresponsible. When you have appointments, you have to always wait an extra 30 to 40 min to see any doctors. When you call with a concern, there is no follow up from any one. I was seeing an allergy specialist in this center and after having a sever reaction to one of the shots. It took 3 phone calls to finally make an appointment and each time I talked about what happened and asked them to follow up with the doctor and get back to me, there was no response or accountability. I am so so sorry that I have even contributed a cent to this business. Nor recommended.

First time going there today. I was referred to Dr. Dodge, he is very welcoming , pleasant and made the visit an easy one. He was very informative, attentive and listened to what I had to say and based his feedback off that as well. I am very grateful for my previous doctor referring me to him.

We were looking for a new family doctor since we recently moved to the area. I'm very sorry to say that the disorganization is major. I called to book my appointment and it was at 2:45, I arrived at 1:50 pm to make sure we have all our intake paperwork done on time before the appointment, but they were basically mad at me for being early. Also it was 3:35 and we were still seat waiting for our call. We had to leave to another commitment. They need more organizational skills, everyone there looks super disoriented. Sorry, but health matters are very delicate subjects, this can't be taken so informal. We all have concerns, and if feel that the place you are looking for help is looking chaotic, it makes us think twice. We need more doctors, and better Health Care in general.

Dr. Dodge is absolutely wonderful! I went in for IUD removal and after hearing horror stories from other women’s experiences, I had a lot of anxiety. Dr. Dodge walked me through the process step by step, and made me feel safe and calm. He is amazing, if you are looking to remove/insert IUDs, I would definitely recommend going to Dr. Dodge!
