Paid a small fortune, tried to get the delivery changed , was mislead that it could be changed. Delivered flowers to original location and the person I sent the flowers to Never got them nor was she notified . Sleezy company, bad service. Wouldn't even offer to correct anything.Thanks for ripping me off $165!

If I could rate lower I would. Absolutely horribly rude staff. They gave a quote for my daughters bouquet, 1 grooms boutonniere, 2 groomsmen's boutonnieres and a corsage, proceeded to lose our order, and leave my written down credit card number out in the open for public to view. When my daughters fiancé followed up on why we hadn't been charged, they were very rude to him, then doubled the price. I called to cancel the order and they charged my card anyway. Not sure how my daughters wedding is going to be with no flowers as they will only return the charge when they get around to it". But they thanked me for canceling my order as they didn't want to do it anyway."

By far one of the best flower shops in all of Kamloops, The Owner Fiaz is not only knowledgeable but extremely kind and considerate. if anyone is in the market to surprise a loved one or just feel like making some ones day with a stunning bouquet of flowers or an amazing plant arrangement, I would highly recommend this business. 5 STARS all around.

It was last minute and they did a great job. New flowers selection and flower delivery at Lyons Garden Centre. Pleasantly surprised to find flowers here.
