I recently worked with Bimera Events and I can only say I was extremely pleased and satisfied with the venture.Their organization , and attention to details were most professional and perfect. Bramini works as a team along with the staff making sure everything is delivered according to the client's satisfaction. I highly recommend Bimera Events to fulfill your dream weddings.

I came accross Bimera Events for my sister's wedding. The couple was planning a destination wedding in Punta Cana for a group of more than 100 guests coming from different countries.TravelThe travel package she offered was only available from Montréal. We had to take care of the flights for my parents and sister coming from other countries. As a travel agent Bremani couldn't do the bookings. Two weeks before the wedding that's when we got the booking confirmation. Before, the only communication that was giving to us was per the couples request. If they didn't ask for it continually ,we wouldn't have had any information.Wedding planningI was more involved in securing the planning than she was. The couple chose to host the wedding offSite of the hotel. I flew with my sister to Punta Cana to meet with the vendor. As a sat accross the table, Bremani didn't have the couples detailed wish list open and ready to go. My sister handled the meeting and i could see she wasn't adding any value to the purpose of the trip.On site presenceArriving on site, we had a lot of trouble beeing with our guests. They were in another facility and even though the two facilities are sister resorts. Instead of enjoying time with my family, i had to support the couple because there was supposed to be a welcome event" planned by Bremani that didn't even happen. We were at the beach in the dark and this was the event that she planned.I have not had any trouble contacting her by phone. She always answers my phone call and gives me the information. But by email or by text it doesn't work. She has always been nice but she is last minute with every step and doesn't think ahead. Instead of beeing a support for the bride and groom she was a source of constant stress from the beginning to end."

The owner is nice on the phone, talking to her is easy, it seems that she understand everything.When it comes to apply the requirements, that is when we started having the issues.She was in charge of the booking and the wedding, she was taking too long to answer some of the guests, therefore we lost some complementaries because they ended up booking by themselves. Some people called me, so that they can get an answer from her. We got the flight and hotel confirmation 2 weeks before the wedding. Needless to say that guests were constantly calling me to ask when will they have their booking confirmation. Not a great an experience.In term of contract negotiation, she did not deliver, we had to do it ourselves.Planning a meet and greet did not happen, because we could not cross the sisters resorts. We were advised an exception will be made for the event. She was in touch with the manager etc, well it did not happen. She did reschedule it, but 2 days after the wedding :)We had to cancel since most of the guests had left after the wedding.Come to find out one the property did have an adult section. We did not need to stay at two different resorts, which is one of the reason we choose to have the wedding off site.I will not recommend this company, until they have a great system in place. Although she has a lot of bookings , we did not feel as a priority, 2 weeks before, that is when she wanted to set up a meeting to go over the planning while the venue needed to have these 4- 6 weeks prior the wedding date, so that they can arrange everything with the vendors. Luckily, we were able to take care everything by ourselves which cost us an extra trip while everything could have been handled in the first trip.

My family and I had to do business with Bimera events and travel and the whole experience was not without bumps. First of all, communication was a bit difficult, most of my email did not get a reply. If she did reply, it was not in a timely manner. We had questions, but not much solutions were offered. There were also, some mistakes in our reservations, and the delays to get the mistakes fixed and the whole process done were unbearable. Other peoples name were on our reservation. We did get the tickets like two weeks before the trip, but the process began like many months earlier ( like 9 months ago)So the peace of mind we were looking for by doing business with an agency was not there at all. Two stars is just because we did get the tickets, and were able to take the flight and attend to our hotel.

This is gonna be a long review so bare with me. For all the brides out there looking to plan there big day, It's important that I share the unprofessionnal and stressfull experience I have had with planning my wedding with Bimera Events and Travel.About a year ago , my husband and I hired Bimera Events/destination weddings and Travel to help us plan our destination wedding to Punta Cana for 90 guests. We spoke with the CEO Bremani Musafer and We retained her full travel service and wedding planning.We signed a service agreement that included : Vendors recommendations and contact ( budget prep, allocation, management, contracts reviews and negociations, follow-ups and communications), Full developpement of the wedding theme, Assistance with planning group outing and activities, schedule arrangement, Travel arrangement and negociations and Wedding day on site supervision of set-up.Travel agent serviceWhen it came to the group booking reservation, Bremani did send all the forms to complete. However, the dates of travel on the forms were not accurate and we had to correct the information before sending it to the guests.Guests departing outside of Montreal like New-Brunswick or another country like the US, Haiti, France started to complain and most of them finally booked their own room, flights and transportations because they could not get the quotes or any arrangement from Bremani. We did not even have a reference number for them to book under the same wedding group package. As a result, we lost some complimentary rooms that the hotel and airline offered. We then paid for the vendors travelling with us and almost even paid additionnal fees for Bremani's room booking had I not request to see the invoice before authorizing the payment.When it came to the E-tickets, we received them 2 weeks before the departure date. Some were sent to the wrong person, some contained the wrong dates and names were mispelled despite the fact that the guest forms contained the accurate information and we double checked with Bremani several times to make sure she sent the right information. The guests had to make the correction at the airport and their check-in at the hotel was delayed.Wedding planning servicesIt is very difficult to be consise for that section cause none of the elements provided in the contract was fully honored. Bremani did help with venue scouting and requesting quotes. However, there were so many delays in providing the information, that we had to search on our own and find the vendors ourselves that best suited our needs. We picked an off-site wedding venue and she booked 2 sister resorts for accomodations.She did secure our wedding date with the selected venue but no follow-ups, no additionnal communication were made with the venue until 2 months before the wedding date despite the fact that we completed and sent her our wedding wish list.When I realized that no negociations were initiated, I had to travel there twice to negociate and finalize our wedding contract with the venue and vendors. I had to find also my own wedding officiant and make-up artist.She did not demonstrate having any clear plan and a timeline to complete each steps.We set up, on our own, the wedding website that contained all the guest's informations and Bremani as an admin too still did not manage in setting the logistics for the seating plan, welcome dinner/ rehearsal and outing activities. We failed to have the welcome dinner she fully took charge of due to gaps in communication with the hotel and Bremani did not plan or assist in any outing activities. On top of planning my wedding, I fully planned the outing activities (Coco bongo, party boat and buggy tour).Despite the fact that Bremani was kind in our communications and exuded a bubbly energy, she did not demonstrate any expertise or ability in planning a destination wedding for a large group leaving from multiple cities/countries, in advising to help us make better decisions, problem solving and developping and maintaining a wedding timeline and budget.

Bremani did such an amazing job! She’s very caring and made sure everything was perfect. When I first spoke with Bremani, I felt her warm and bubbly personality. I knew she would be the perfect fit for us! I was definitely not disappointed.Bremani has a passion for her work and I always felt like she cared so much about our wedding and our details. No concern or question was too small, she would always answer very promptly and sorted things out until they were perfect. It made me feel very at ease and comfortable. Bremani also has an amazing ability to read people and situations, so she often knew what needed to be done without having to be told. This was very helpful when planning our wedding.We had a destination wedding, and we purchased the package which allowed Bremani to come with us. Having her there gave us peace of mind and allowed us to relax while she ensured everything ran smoothly. Coordinating a wedding from another country isn’t the easiest, so it was great to have such a dedicated wedding planner, always working hard in the background and keeping us updated with all of the details.Bremani was fantastic and we definitely couldn’t have done it without her! I would absolutely recommend her services. Organizing a wedding is so much work and stress, so having a wedding planner was definitely worth our money!

Let me just say Bremani from Bimera Events was a true god send! My husband and I wanted a destination wedding in Punta Cana, DR and she made it happen. We barely had to do anything. From travel to wedding planning, she had it handled.We had about 50+ people leaving from various cities in Canada and another 20 coming from other countries. (England, Turkey, Sri Lanka and more) Needless to say, Bremani had the expertise we were looking for. She was able to book flights and rooms for everyone. All while staying within our budget!From the moment we landed, we were taken care of. She planned the most epic rehearsal dinner/party on our very own little cruise ship. Ensuring we had safe transport to and from the beach. We danced, sang and ate some amazing food! None of us wanted to leave.Then the actual event… You could say I was a little overwhelmed with emotions. However, her crew at Kakua Beach Club was just hands down amazing with their service. When I arrived in the morning, if I could describe how beautiful it all was …the flowers, the decor, the food and the overall vibe. It just would not be doing her work justice! It was just marvelous, I don’t know how my husband and I could thank her. She captured it all and more!For those looking for destination travel and wedding planning. Look no further! With her many years of experience in the field, Bremani from Bimera Events is the one you want! She truly knows how to bring your dreams to life!

Hired her for my wife and I's wedding. Primarily there for coordination and setup. Very accommodating to our needs and requests. Setup of the venue (over two days) went extremely smooth and day of coordination went off without a hitch. So happy to have her there keeping it all together!

Bremani was godsend!!It was such an absolute pleasure to work with Bremani! She took care of every detail for our wedding, especially in such uncertain times. Getting married during the pandemic can be so stressful, but we were lucky to have her as a wedding planner. She was so kind and patient with us as our wedding plans continued to change amidst the pandemic. Our plans changed from a regular big wedding (prior to the pandemic) to a small and safe ceremony. She gave great professional insight, recommended wonderful vendors, and really understood what was important to us as a couple. She went above and beyond to help make our day special. As an anxious bride during the pandemic, she made sure all the necessary health and safety precautions were in place, so I wouldn't have to worry the day of. Bremani really helped our small, simple wedding look absolutely breathtaking! I would 100% recommend her to any couple getting married. Bimera Events was an excellent choice for my niece's wedding. When I entered the venue in Punta Cana, it was breath-taking. It reflected everything I know my niece and her now husband dreamt of. From the flowers, decor, food and entertainment...a wow factor!! Bremani was hands on. My niece sang her praises which was well deserved. Best wedding I have been to and keeping Bimera Events in mind for my own daughter's wedding.
