**Stay away** I originally reached out to Carl with regards to putting a custom print on a headstone. After 5 weeks of poor communication, and incompetence he asked for me to use an independent graphic designer. A few months later I reached out to Carl again and sent a copy of the design and again 8 weeks later, they still have no clear direction, plus they don't know how to resize a professionally developed picture on their software. I had to reach out via email and phone week after week until they backed away and decided not to help.

After being told 4-6 week delivery when I ordered and paid for our memorial it’s now in 11th week and not even so much as a email update from them and no response when I send several emails to them . Not happy with the customer service at all hope if we ever get this memorial it’s well worth the wait , as a business you can at least update your waiting customers
