We enjoyed our experience with Vivid Stone Panels & Tile. From the showroom to installation everyone was courteous, helpful and professional. We are most pleased with the result for our fireplace surround.

No job too small! Many thanks to Yvonne and Amber for organizing the material and trades for my bathroom reno. Yvonne worked with me to pick out the perfect sinks and counters.While bigger reno companies were not very interested in quoting on a small job (nit a total re-do) Vivid Stone Panels came in at about half the price that I was quoted and did a great job.

The family run business is both professional and helpful, kind, considerate and makes the customer feel at ease. They were great at explaining options and their patience was beyond measure - especially since I didn’t have a clue about the products and their installation. The showroom is beautiful - breathtakingly beautiful. No one was pushy, and in fact they were generous with their time and by giving extras to keep costs down!I can not recommend this company enough and I can promise you won’t be disappointed if you visit them for all your Reno needs. Did I say that their products were beautiful? Beyond beautiful and unlike anything I’d seen before!! They have options for every budget and work hard so that the customer is pleased and the final result - fabulous and beyond belief! We’ll be back...

I used Vivid Stone to install my backsplash tiles and Vlad did an amazing job! Its flawless and his attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I've had so many compliments on it and have passed their company name on to everyone I know! Amber was very professional and organized and the two of them make a great team!

For anyone who has ever done renovations, you know how frustrating they can be, from the moment we stepped in too Vivid Stone we knew we were in good hands. They have a beautiful show room with options for every budget and the customer service is fantastic. The installation went seamlessly. They showed up when they said they would, and finished a day early. We shopped around quite a bit but Amber worked tirelessly to fit our budget and all our needs. We can’t wait to work with their team on our next project.

Great store for one's reno needs. They have a good curated collection of tiles and floor coverings. To top it all off the customer service is excellent, Amber (the owner) was great to deal with and let us take samples home to ensure we made the right choice. I wish we had known earlier that they provide reno services too, would have definitely gone with them.

From the first moment I spoke to Yvonne is was clear, she knew what she was doing, immediately came up with cool, simple new ideas. her values and communication is superb and no hidden fees are added. She has a great trades team that were billing us directly- not added cost which just goes to show the complete trust respect and transparency.The quality of the work throughout from the beginning, day 1 demo - the house was always clean with no interruptions to our daily life. The tile installation and pocket door solutions were complimented by many. It’s evident the talent and experience is showcased by the end result- Vlad and Amber we’re here daily and made sure to interface with other trades as necessary.If you are looking for experienced, trustworthy, accountable, creative warm and communicative team- make your projects a success and life easier.We will be doing our kitchen after COVID and I know I’ll be working with Yvonne again!!!

Amber and Vlad did an exceptional job of our bathroom, on time, and under budget. They were careful, considerate, honest, and helpful. They took care to protect the floors and did a thorough clean up at the end of each visit.
