It's a great place to buy phones during promo periods. I particularly love the way their queue is set up.BUT they should definitely ask the customer before opening the phone box and discarding any packaging. For a phone nerd like me a lot of the fun is opening the package and discovering its contents.By the time I could react the CSR had already opened the box, removed the phones protective film and threw it in the trash. I know most people find it silly but I was heartbroken.So if you are anything like me let them know in advance they don't need to open the box.
