Whitebird

We have had a great experience with Whitebird! We ship native plants to customers within Ontario. James has done a wonderful job helping us design custom boxes and inserts to secure our plants. He was very attentive to detail and took all of our concerns seriously. Whitebird is a great solution if you need custom packaging or shipping materials for your business. Hamilton based and convenient to visit if you require that. We will continue to work with Whitebird and refine our shipping process with them! :)

Great friendly staff, quick loading. A bit of a tight squeeze to back onto dock. Main shipping/receiving off Rennie St (wide turns a MUST) second entrance off Woodward Ave just north of railroad tracks (also wide turn required).

Our company just recently switched over to Whitebird. I am very impressed with the level of service/customer care. Dan has been amazing, going above and beyond to meet our needs. The driver was extremely helpful as well!!! I would highly recommend using Whitebird for your shipping supplies.

I have been here twice to pick up supplies for my workplace and both times the staff have been very friendly and helpful. Keep it up :)

Instead of offering free pickup on the same day, they went worse and started charging $25 for next day pickup!They have no free pickup anymore on their new website!I have been dealing with Whitebird for years, and as a small business, this new policy affects small businesses negatively more than making Whitebird richer over our backs! At least set a threshold amount for free pickup!They have lost my business! Sorry, but look for others who would support small businesses instead!

I had placed an order with Whitebird. When it came time for delivery , the driver showed up but I didn't have any extra staff to help unload. I asked the driver to just drop it in the lobby and I would take care of it later. When I went downstairs to check on the delivery I was very pleasantly surprised that not only had she dropped it off in the lobby , she had taken the time to put it in an area where it wouldn't be obstructing anyone's way and avoid being damaged. It was great to see that someone took the extra time and initiative to go above and beyond expectations. A very professional company to deal with. Would highly recommend

After securing a trademark for my concept, the original corrugate boxes had to be redesigned. I was very happy with the work and service from the first run at Whitebird that I went back to them for this second run. I reached out to their fabulous employee Jo-Anne and right away she was on the ball. She helped me navigate what they had available in terms of dimensions, what type of printing was best for my new redesign and produced quotes and samples within 24 hours. I signed the PO and we got to working, she followed up regularly on the printing and I received my new printed boxes within the 3 week time frame she promised. The boxes are a dream, they look amazing and I couldn't have been more happier with the quality and service at Whitebird. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for custom packaging and I highly recommend working with Jo-Anne.

Ad said no minimum orders, which is a lie..

My experience with Whitebird was as a temp, and it unfortunately ended due to lack of work available. However, management was superb to me, and I got satisfaction out of a hard days work while there. It was fascinating to me how they do things. I was disappointed when it ended, it was a place I would have liked to have stayed at.

Unbelievably stellar experience. We've used other suppliers for our boxes and haven't been totally impressed. Whitebird OVER impressed. Not only were they friendly to work with, their prices are comparable if not better than the competition, but shipping also wasn't $100! $25.00 shipping for a whole skid of boxes? HOLY COW!The delivery driver was friendly and courteous. This is how a business like this should be run!5 stars and beyond!
