We brought Charlie Spaniels here today for a cut and his nail trim. First off, George & Cathy are the sweetest, most friendly folks you’ll meet today.Charlie looked great when we picked him up, but more importantly, he was significantly less stressed out than he normally would be coming out of the groomers. Dare we say he was actually happy? He’s a great dog, but grooming is definitely not his favourite activity.George was telling us about the investment in dog wash station equipment they made to ensure a good job, and the passion for their work is evident in their story.The cost was also incredibly fair! We will definitely be bringing Charlie back to visit!

We brought our dog for grooming, and I was left speechless by the conditions of the inside. I will say that the people are lovely and very sweet to the animals but there must be some accountability for the conditions inside. The smell of urine is very strong , it is very unclean in all areas. This is not a good environment for animals and it can lead to serious illnesses. I am not trying to be rude but I will not be bringing my dog back aside from the conditions his paws look like they were haphazardly cut. They are clean yes, but the fur is not even and chop cut all over. I would really hope you take the reviews seriously and not to heart and ask for help to bring your business back to a healthy clean environment

I took my Chihuahua here two days ago. She desperately needed her nails cut. I had tried numerous times but she just wouldn't let me do it. Anyways, they were able to do it no problem. What a relief! They were fantastic with her she is a nervous little thing. Their customer service was top notch and as if that wasn't enough they put a bow tie on her and took an adorable picture for a keep sake for me. Let's just say we will definitely be going back!

Reviewing on behalf of my mother who recently visited. She said the owners are super helpful and very kind but the actual storefront is incredibly dirty and smells of urine. She said she won't be going back unless they care for the store and get it properly cleaned, she used her own towels and wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. A real shame since this place could do much better if they only had their place tended to.

My pouch has came here multiple times and has gotten queen treatment…. At first look might seem strange and I was hesitant at first…. However my baby came back happy as ever I don’t think I’ll bring my dog to another groomer.

I came here more then a couple of months ago the service over all was awesome 5 starts for service and attitude they are very friendly and loving people , but not going to lie when I walked in I really wanted to trun back around for the place wasn’t up to standers, I was not expecting the place to look like that even tho I didn’t have high hopes since it was down town and it was a last minute thing either way I still dropped off my dog there giving them a chance for sometimes the worst looking places could be the best place to be. I came back not expecting much but to my surprise they did an wonderful job I loved how my dog looked so much never had her looking as good as she did! Plus I noticed they were really good with her made her feel at home.Prices are really good as well!Will still be coming back soonJust wish they took more care of the place they have so much potential and could be a big hit !!!
