Went there and showroom closed during “open” hours. Walkway is unsafe and fell on uneven tiles. Bad experience!

One of the most unique Tile stores in Toronto. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Wide array of specialty tiles to choose from when looking to add some flare and design to a certain part of your home. The owners are very flexible and creative when it comes to searching for ideas and concepts. They are very customer service oriented. Bravo!

Great shop with a wide selection of high quality tiles from all over the world!I was trying to find unique tiles and went to several stores which all seemed to carry the same generic styles. Unlike the other stores, Mettro Source had unique tiles that ranged in style from classic, modern to funky. Sean helped us find the style that we liked in a material suitable for a backsplash that worked for our budget.You can tell that the owners are passionate about tiles and source their product from all over the world. If you are looking for good quality options and tiles that make a statement, this is the place for you!Edit: We ended up with the Valencia tile for our countertop accent and coffee hutch and the Salvatori natural stone tiles from Italy for the backsplash (photo included). Cannot be happier!

We live this place. Our unique kitchen was proving a challenge for back splash tiles. This was the place for us. We found some beautiful terrazzo tiles that did the trick. There was nothing like it at the myriad of tile stores we visited.

Mettro source has, by far, the best tile product in the city. Always a sophisticated and elegant selection of unique and beautifully crafted tile.

Has anyone else encountered the rude receptionist? I placed an order in February, paid on credit card and I have been calling every week on the status of the order. I get a different story every week. We are entering the month of July and now they won't refund my money.
