Passport Health is very over-priced. For the same service and immunizations you can go to the Travel Medicine and Vaccination Centre and save more than $800 AND get the services of a Doctor. The nurse we saw was knowledgable enough, however, in calling around after I got more and better information while just getting prices.I'm cutting my losses at the consultation fee (also more expensive than everywhere else) and won't be back.On the plus side, the people are friendly and location was clean.

Female receptionist I talked to on the phone was super rude and condescending. I tried to book an appointment in Victoria and they kept trying to book me for Surrey and Abbotsford. Really disappointed.

Very kind, gentle with the pokes (which I REALLY appreciate), thorough and well organized. I was glad that the visit was concise and appropriate to my specific needs.

Great experience. I required a bunch of vaccinations and boosters for my job working overseas. The challenge with the pandemic is that it is very hard to find medical facilities and professionals that can see you. The only place in Victoria that I could find that was able to administer the Yellow Fever vaccine was Passport Health as it is a very specific vaccine that has added legal requirements and training for the nurses that administer it. When I called to book my appointment I spoke to a great CSR that answered all my questions and was able to get me a same week appointment even though they are only open on Saturdays... (due to staffing issues in the pandemic). I asked how much it would cost for the two vaccines and service fees and she was able to quote me that right away. Before my appointment I received two very detailed emails that reminded me of the date and time of my appointment, location and of course all the COVID procedures the clinic was following and that I had to follow. The clinic itself is clean and professional, public health notices posted in several locations. You can tell upon arrival they are taking COVID precautions seriously which I really like to see. Nurse Natalia stepped out of her office/medical room to let me know it would just be a few more minutes as she was still with a patient (no worries). She sanitized her office space between patients and I was in right at my appointment start time. I did not require a travel consultation as I am not sure exactly where I am travelling to yet but we still reviewed by health questionnaire which you can do online and get a discount on the service fee! Natalia prepared by two vaccines and went through all the information with me about them, reviewed all the important medical briefing info (yellow fever is a live virus and you have to be aware of that before you get it). The injections themselves were painless (I hate needles). I sat with Natalia for the required 15 minutes and she completed my vaccine record and yellow vaccine certificate and that was it. I have been to many vaccine and travel clinics and frankly Passport was the best I have seen thus far. Finally, Passport Health has their own APP in the Apple APP Store and the Google Play Store, download it! it tracks your appointments and after your appointment they upload the records of all your vaccinations etc into the app so you have that as a backup, super helpful to have the digital back ups in case you lose your paper records. I will certainly use Passport Health again when the time comes.

A few things to note; it looks like a pop-up shop and the sort of business that would pull a midnight move. There were no credentials that I could see posted anywhere, I’d like to know beforehand that the nurse is registered before jabbing me with a needle. Lastly, state the prices, she rambled off a bunch of suggested and recommended vaccines which sounded great but totaled over $2,200 for my husband and I; we laughed thinking we misheard her. Although she was friendly and seemed educated, the whole experience was unprofessional and hokey. It’ll do if you need some Dukoral but I can’t recommend this place for anything else.
