North Island Dental

This was my first visit to North Island Dental and it was a wonderful experience. I was nervous but Kaydee put me at ease. She was kind, excellent at her job, and extremely knowledgeable. I felt like she went above and beyond with her explanations of various procedures and was intuitive to my needs during the visit. Thank you so much.

I had a great experience here for my first visit. The office was easy to find and access, and plenty of parking was available. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the waiting area was really comfortable. The staff were all great to talk to and seem to really enjoy working with each other.My hygienest, Sierra, did a great job and explained what she was doing every step of the way. She made the whole process really comfortable and is clearly good at what she does. The process didn't feel rushed at all, and I left feeling much better than most cleanings I've had done before. I'll definitely be back!

Everyone was super friendly and they even comped one of my x-rays (my quote was around $100 less than what the total came to) but they said I had 4 cavities back in November that I needed filled that would have came to around $2000.Fast forward 8 months and I just went to another dentist and they said I only had a few spots to keep an eye on, no fillings required.Pays to get another opinion…

Very friendly & courteous staff. Kaydee explained everything she was doing and seeing. She explained all of the points that the Dentist would review with me. He gave his recommendations on how I should proceed if I wanted to. Would highly recommend North Island Dental.

It was great! I love their clinic, it is so modern and clean! The staffs and doctors were accomodating and friendly. They explained very well the details of my dental plan. The receptionist helped me a lot for my dental coverage too because there was a little bit problem of recovering at first.

Don't often give Google reviews.Everyone at North Island Dental deserves a 10☆ review in my opinion!I have had severe dental anxiety most of my life. My smile was awful, none existent even. But now because of everyone at North Island Dental, I smile again. I laugh without hiding my teeth.I just read a negative review that Dr. Bachus does not care for his patients. This is 100% not true! The care and compassion Dr. Bachus, and his team has shown me in the last 6 months has been so amazing, it's emotional. He changed my life.The Comox Valley is so lucky to have Dr. Bachus, and everyone on his team here genuinely helping people.

Everybody are so nice and polite the place is top notch neat and clean all the equipments are advance and up to date doctors are so nice they do take time to listen and explaining things. My hygienist was supper nice. I will definitely recommend this place as obvious this place is the best clinic in the valley five star

My experience left me thankful. I've avoided the dentist for years I fear it and dread it. But my first experience with North island dental and the amazing group of people working there was nothing short of perfect, and I'd almost have to say I enjoyed my cleaning and nearly fell asleep I was so relaxed. Huge thank you ! Almost felt like a spa treatment.

Very clean, modern, bright, beautiful clinic with friendly staff. Well located. I have been here several times for myself as well as bringing my two young children here. Staff use a lot of modern tech and tools, and most importantly ensure you feel calm and comfortable. I appreciated that my children were able to climb up onto the chair in an already reclined position (rather than be reclined back) and overall made to feel very comfortable with everything! For myself, I was offered a weighted blanket/stress ball during a procedure. Just a good vibe! Happy to get our familys dental work done here!
