Phase One Project Management
We presented Mark @ Phase One with what we thought was a significant landscaping challenge due to the unstable topography of our land and the fountains of water that gushed from our property. Mark has an adept awareness of how water likes to flow and how to redirect it yet maintain the integrity of the landscape.He's a wizard at what he does. We've called him back several times and he NEVER fails to meet our goals and expectations.

Phase One took a 25 YO wooden wall out and built an Allan Block wall in our driveway for us. Excellent work beginning to end. And this wall will outlive us, so we won't ever have to worry about it again.

I am very pleased with the service Mark provided to my property. I was experiencing flooding from rain water which was becoming a huge problem. It was only a matter of time before it found a way into my basement. I now have a dry garage and property with piece of mind. Days like today (lots of rain) I watch the rain water pour out of the pipes onto the road and thank Mark for de-stressing my life.

Mark was recommended as I had a little sink hole in my back yard. He arrived, on time, and gave me a rough quote. He completed the job a few days later and actually charged me less money as it wasn't as big as it could have been, which he couldn't tell until he dug it up. He left my backyard so smooth I rolled lawn sods on it two days later without even needing to rake it. I highly recommend his professionalism and honesty.

Mark was very responsive when messaging about the work we were looking to have done. He was able to fit us in pretty quick which we really appreciated as a couple jobs were time sensitive. So happy with the work! Will definitely be using them again for future work
