This service does not even deserve one star.If there was half a star I would give it for effort.

I just want to say how unbelievably terrible the experience at living at 5170 lakeshore rd has been. Starting with the pool not being open by Canada day weekend. Maybe had you started opening the pool earlier than the end of JUNE you wouldn't have had to spoil the long weekend by not opening the pool on time. Furthermore there are broken picnic tables on the property. I would think the high rent rates we pay would take care of that. Almost 2 years after moving in we still don't have a storage locker. Somehow have been on a waiting list for almost 2 years but any new occupants we've spoken to already have a storage locker. The units are sub par, every one of my door and cabinet handles are loose or about to fall off. Most were missing screws from the day I moved in. Along with the other list of things that were never addressed from day one. Your entire company should be ashamed. An absolute joke of a condo corporation. I give one star because I can't give none
