We met Brian earlier in the year when we exploring our options for Bronco’s. West Coast was one of the few places that had a vehicle we could look at, let alone test drive.We came. We saw. We liked!Brian showed us all the features and a few different trim levels, explained the differences, and was very forthcoming with potential delivery dates, based on some of the options.We went home and thought about it.Reached out to Brian a few days later and ordered our Bronco Sport.Last weekend we took delivery and couldn’t be happier! From the moment I reached out about a listing for a used F-150 Tessa was on the ball. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable for all of our interactions.Because I was heading over from the island to view the truck, I had several extra requests for photos and videos and extra details to ensure I wouldn't be wasting my time, and she was helpful and accommodating with all my requests.The truck came with a very throrough service and inspection report, and along with the free Carfax it told me everything I needed to know to feel confident about buying a higher mileage used vehicle. Once the deal was done and I realized I had forgotten my garage door opener in my trade in she promptly found it and mailed it back to me.Couldn't ask for better service from a sales person. I've spoken to hundreds of vehicle sales people over the past few months and Tessa and West Coast Ford Lincoln really impressed me with their professionalism, helpfulness, and attention to detail. Sales: 5 Stars. Service: 0 Stars!!Read After sales/SERVICE Review at the bottom.We had an absolutely amazing experience getting our Bronco from West Coast Ford. After 1.5 year of placing a deposit online Ford website, the Bronco was finally here.For last 9 months I've been in touch with Tessa, getting updates on the order and process. Tessa is absolute pleasure to deal with. She's kind and very patient. She always responds to emails, queries promptly and would proactively follow-up with any updates.I also had a Jeep Wrangler for trade-in. My single point of contact was Tessa. She coordinated everything. I felt she was working in my best interest and got me a great deal on my Jeep without any hassle or haggling. I didn't even bring my Jeep in for appraisal, and just sent them pictures and details.It's important to take note that West Coast Ford gave me an offer 9 months back on my Jeep and still honored it with more kilometers put on it in '9 months' with no questions asked!!The whole process of acquiring a new vehicle, trade-in, financing, etc was seamless.I've never had such smooth hassle-free experience buying a vehicle ever.Once the Bronco arrived at the dealership, I was notified. They did pre-delivery inspection and set up a day for delivery. A day before delivery, someone from finance department called me up to get few details. When I  arrived on the day of delivery, the Financial Service Manager Laura had all the documents ready for me to go through and sign. No hidden fees, up-sell or anything. The price we agreed on a year back was honoured. I signed the documents and Tessa then introduced us to the ICBC person where we finished the insurance part.The Bronco was ready, fully gassed up.I have to mention West Coast's General Sales Manager Nick here as well. Nick was involved with updates and process all along. Any time I had questions or concerns with either Ford's delay or anything, Nick patiently took time to very clearly and in detail answer the questions. Nick is very transparent and open about their process and super responsive.All in all, the whole process was like ordering something on Amazon- hassle-free. Super smooth, transparent, fair, ethical, trustworthy and helpful crew.Ps: I did bring my business here from another Ford dealership nearby, and am so glad I did.You have a customer for life.This is a long review and rightly so. If something goes wrong, we (customers) make sure we put down a detailed  review. When things go amazingly well, we do owe an befitting review too.A seamless friendly experience like this can only mean one thing; that behind the scenes there's a lot that goes on. There's conscious effort from top down to build a business that caters on 'values'. However, it's backed with nonexistent after sales service! Zero star for that!I have tried getting simple oil change and then a warranty repair done here, but was being given an appointment about 2 months away! Called other Ford Dealership and in both instances, was able to get the vehicle in same day or next day.Of all the vehicles I own and have owned, I never had to book an appointment for an oil change. Every dealership has dedicated staff and lanes for oil change. You show up, line up, and get it done. I called them up and was told earliest they can do the oil change is about in 2 months!! Completely ridiculous.They can't back up your sales with service, then probably why should we bother with bringing our business here.Very unreliable!!

I have unfortunately received extremely poor service from this dealership and from Ford in general. I have been the owner of a 2012 Ford Focus since 2013 and have experienced numerous issues with it over the years, particularly with the transmission. As a result, my car has become undrivable and I have been waiting for almost a year for a transmission control module that is on backorder. Despite reaching out to West Coast Ford and Ford Canada multiple times for assistance, I have been informed that there is nothing they can do and that there is no estimated time of arrival for the part. Although Ford Canada has mentioned rental car assistance for people in a similar situation as myself, when I contacted the dealership, I was informed that I do not qualify. I simply require my car to be in working condition, but it appears that this company is not interested in providing meaningful aid.
