I have sold and bought five houses to date using Realty Source consistently for each purchase . . . Gary Cheema cost me $125K loss because he knowingly allowed his 21 year old unemployed client to purchase my $1.5 million house knowing they wouldn’t be able to close 3 months later. The buyers parent told me they won’t be able close and begged I don’t sue them 6 weeks before closing and Gary refused to communicate with my agent or my lawyer and simply strung us along and let his client default their small deposit on closing. He should not call himself a professional and I pray the realty board takes away his license or this brokerage for allowing conduct like this.

We bought our house this past year and Dorian Hartley from Remax was amazing to work with. Since it was our first house I had so many questions and was so nervous, it didn't matter what time I messaged him he was always ready to answer my questions and make sure I didn't jump into anything! He made sure we found the right house for us, and we are so beyond happy with our purchase! If we ever decide to buy again, we will 100% be dealing with him again!
