Prestige Painting

Prestige painter to paint exterior of our house. We pay 40% of the $6000.00 up front. Company owner said he was going to do the job himself. We signed the contract in 3rd week of June. Owner kept giving excuses from when he would start. We kept having to call him back many times. Lack of communication from the owner. Hired a painter two months later. Our contract stated the house would be scraped, sanded, primed and painted two coats. Painter using a stick with sandpaper stuck on it. Using stain instead of primer. The contact stated that the job was to be done to the 100% satisfaction.The owner did not to look at the job when we complained. It was hard to get 40% back. Had to hire another company.

Rick was fantastic to deal with right from the beginning. He was on time, gave us a quote in a timely manner, and his crew did a really great job. We were very happy overall!
