I have been to couple of Boston pizzas in Ontario and I was not a fan. But this experience changed everything. The ambiance was nice. Place was very neat and well managed. Staff was super friendly and polite. Shout out to Jennifer who served us with a great smile and demeanour. Have to try their buffalo cauliflower bites, was sooo goood! I also tried their tacos the veg version and way okay too. The chicken parmesan was fantastic. The angry cider won my heart. The overall experience was amazing.

Ordered a chicken pecan salad with grilled chicken to go. It took 25 minutes to get the salad and when we opened the salad, there was NO chicken on it.

I was a frequent flyer of BP but not anymore. I got a garlic fingers lastnight via takeout around 11 when i got off work, and it was so overcooked it wasnt edible. All the cheese was dark brown n hard, didnt eat it n took it back today n they wouldnt refund me. Most he would do was give me a coupon for a individual pizza n of course 'dine in only'. While telling me thats just how the oven cooks them (This was the general manager i was dealing with).Well iv gotten them before n they didnt look like that, even showed him a pic from there menu bc of the attitude, but he didnt care. Wish i had a pic of the fingers but honestly didnt expect what happened.The last year BP has gone down hill alot. This was the 3rd time in about a year its been bad enough to return something but didnt have a issue doing so until now. Had gotten a ceaser salad on takeout one night, top layer of lettuce was good but under it was literally rotten lettuce, took it back n got another. Only for the second to b mostly spinach...for a ceaser salad. Took that one back n just got a refund at that point. The other time was another burnt/overcooked garlic fingers. I understand stuff happens but to not fix it and make ur customers out both money and food, while being condesending to boot, bad business. Everythings gone up in price while quality n service have plummeted.

Ordered Fully vegan food (plant based burger and pizza) but got Shrimp in my food. Worst experience of life. Thrown all food in garbage ask me for details if wanna come and pick it up from my garbage.

I had the fried honey dill sandwich and it was fantastic. The fries and gravy that I ordered with it were also delicious but more importantly…. The service. The service was AHHH-maaazing. Outstanding! We had Bri and she made our trip to BP an enjoyable experience rather than just a transaction. She is an asset to BP and BP is super fortunate to have a server like her!

Food was Okay but pricey. I paid with Cash while our server stood over us, I had a $75 order and explained I was paying with $80 cash and did not need change. Our waitress took my money after I counted it once and did not recount it. Once I left I realized I overpaid and gave our waitress $100. I thought a Five dollar tip on Mediocre food was a good tip, but I ended up giving our waitress 25% of our whole order.Needless to say the meal wasn't worth $40/plate for my partner and I then come to find out I actually overpaid even more then I meant to is slightly upsetting. If I had a customer leave $20 extra when they explained they were giving a $5 tip, I would have chased them out the door to get them their money back.Mind you we were the only customers being served in the restaurant side, I'm partly to blame for not double counting my own money, but standing over us while we looked at the bill felt kind of like we were being rushed out. And since it was so quiet in there, the waitress should have had time to double count the money I put down and notice the mistake.Manager was nice enough when I called this morning, but basically told me nothing can be done about it, no complaint can be made, he's not going to advise the waitress to count people's money when paying cash (which is my main concern, why hadn't the money been counted on spot).So if you do read this, make sure you don't make any mistakes as a customer as they will just let it be that, Your Mistake.

I was here for lunch with my colleagues. The food came fast enough to beat 1 hour lunch break. The variety for lunch menu is good enough as well as the price and the portion.The parking is usually not a problem. There are plenty around the restaurant.
