A very friendly and professional business. In addition to their normally high standards of cleanliness and organization, they are also following all the required covid-19 standards as well; including screening upon entering, hand sanitizer, masks, and regular cleaning.I have always been very satisfied with the services I received and the friendly staff interaction. Their prices are very reasonable in comparison to other local spas and the owner does everything possible to provide a welcoming space and ensure her patrons’ expectations are satisfied.I always recommend this spa to friends and family!

When I visit Sylvan Lake Medi Spa Chantelle and her staff always greets me with a welcoming smile, pleasant conversation. I have received services from Chantelle, for a number of years now and I have always found Chantelle to be very professional and conscientious about all the the services that she provides. Chantelle`s priority is proper sanitation, it gives me great comfort knowing that you that you always take the time to do proper sanitation of your equipment, preventing the spread of any type of infection or nail fungus. Thank you so much for so many years of excellent service. looking forward ti my next vist !!

My daughter who's 5 just had her first pedicure and manicure and the lady that did it (I'm terrible with names) was absolutely amazing. She had so much patience. Thank you again, I'll definitely be recommending you!

First of all terrible signage to find it.No other customers , no receptionist.won a gift certificate so booked a pedicure, while doing it Chantelle told me she would only put polish on if I purchased it, due to nail fungus. I have 3-4 pedicures a yr at other spas and have never heard such a ridiculous thing.

Chantelle gave me the best pedicure ever. What an amazing place, the view is wonderful & it smelt so good. I’ll be back!

I always love coming in here! It's beautifully decorated. Always very friendly and helpful staff. Services are always 100% and I'm always satisfied.They are always very professional when it comes proper sanitation, it's good to know I'll never come home with nail fungus.
