THE WORST CLINIC FOR TRAVEL COVID TESTINGIt has been 6 days since our covid test at their newmarket location at 17730 Leslie and we never got the results. They will not answer their phone and refuse to reply to emails. It is so disappointing to know clinics are allowed to operate like this in Ontario. They are not reliable at all, seems like all they care about is getting the money upfront without ever releasing the test results. Clients should be warned about Elna Medical centres having a bad reputation and should stay away from them.

I showed up at ELNA Medical two days before my flight, they were able to accommodate me on the spot with the covid test needed to travel. Results were sent to me via email by the next day & accepted at the airport! Super impressed with the prompt and professional service. I recommend this place too everyone traveling out of the GTA.

Took two separate tests and both were not sent within the time promised. As a result, we missed our flight because of this office. No apologies or compensation offered to date. I would give a negative star rating if it were possible. DO NOT USE this place, they are not reliable and clearly do not care what happens after they get your money (and it wasn’t cheap).

Please don't expect your appointment to be on time. Prepare to wait in a long line up outside. Line up earlier than the 15 mins suggested time. If there are any questions or concerns i.e. receipt, ask when you are in the office. Most importantly, don't believe anyone or any signs that are posted that you will receive your test results within 24 hrs. More like 3-4 days. Staff was friendly but management needs to stop overbooking and overworking their staff!!!!!!!!!!! I can't even imagine the money these people pull in on a daily basis and feeding off desperate ill people. Shame on you!

Please do not go to Elna medical to get your Covid test.I booked a test before a flight with them. I got a reminder from them the day before with the wrong address! When I got to the site it was an old site that was no longer operational.When I complained they told me they sent the correct address a week before. unbelievable! they didn't even acknowledge their mistake (Even though the emails where there!) Not even an apology.. and of course no refund! Karen, the manager of Toronto was very rude.

Elna Medical laboratory is such amazing lab, they are so professional and swift. Needed urgent fast accurate COVID 19 tests for emergency travel. They provided swift test appointment and swift test results. The listen for my travel details carefully and crafted perfect test timing plan to meet the destination test requirements. Happy to deal with them again and I highly recommend them to all whom wants COVID test for travel needs. Thanks, Elna it was such a wonderful and helpful experience, for sure will use no other lab.

I was cautious about coming there, as I've read some negative reviews. However, I had a very positive experience! I booked my appointment online, came earlier, and the nurse admitted me. I received the results in 15 minutes and the official letter in 2 hours, as promised. In addition, this place was opened on the stationary holiday!

My friend got her PCR test done for travelling, and they told her she would get the results within 24 hours. Long story short, didn't get any email about the results till after she had already missed her flight. Horrible customer service, emailed them about this and were told to be patient" when she was at the airport stressing about missing her flight.Spent so much money on the test

Had an appointment confirmation within minutes for a test within 2hrs. Elna Medical provided my result in less than 24hrs. The testing site was clean and personnel very professional. I have recommended a number of individuals to this location.

Very disappointing experience. I booked an appointment for a PCR test at 11 AM for the following morning at 8:00 AM. However due to an emergency, I cancelled my appointment within just 3 hours — yet my money wasn’t returned, as their policy is to return money 24 hours prior to cancellation. Due to the pandemic, they should be more considerate. Either they shouldn’t give the booking of an appointment if the window is less than 24 hours, or they should be more considerate in their return policy. $225 is not a small amount!
