Great Health Community Centre and the staff have been amazing. Always get the care in such a timely fashion. Very holistic in nature that they look at health services in as very comprehensive nature.

The staff especially the doctors and nurses are extremely good especially Nurse Cherry and Dr. Iqbal and they are thorough professionals who are very good at what they do. They are patient and kind. I have always had a pleasant experience while visiting this centre.

Appointments are almost always on time as scheduled. Staff and doctors are professional and friendly. You can take care of most of your health care needs here

I have had only great interactions and everyone has treated me with respect. You can see people get upset due to each individual's perspective of their immediate need. Individual problems sometimes give people an urgency, that leads to wanting answers or solutions now.I admire each and every individual that works at Sherbourne. They are patient, understanding, helpful and like all other health care providers they have been there for all patients of this facility no matter the circumstances. They too are only human.

Excellent Doctor (Nikhil Shah) and Nurse (Cherry). The knowledge and politeness you have makes me feel good without any medicine. My worse days turned to be the best because of you guys. Much respect.

Worst place in the city. If your trans and binary" they will discriminate . They support non binary because they receive grants from government. Staff are miserable and verbally abusive even if your nice . Its basically is passive aggressive correctional facility. They treat alot of offenders and assume your part of the pack even if your not. They also do not respect privacy around your health records."

The receptionist was extremely rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. I understand that we’re all in the middle of a global pandemic and trying our best to navigate through, however it is especially during this time that we need access to good doctors because guess what people are still going through other medical issues and need to at least speak to good medical professionals if not physically get checked out.Ignoring the huge gap and incompetence in which medical services are rendered here the least office staff can do is be polite and try to be helpful.

I was a patient at St Michael's Health Centre for many years. Once, I had an urgent problem, my doctor was away, nobody else was available, so I walked into a clinic across the street.‎Sherbourne Health provided the first aid, and offered to transfer my file to their clinic. Later, their nurse called me, she invited to sign the transfer form. I refused.But someone from Sherbourne Health called St Michael's, without my knowledge, and in a very rude way demanded to transfer my medical records. My clinic obeyed. I lost my doctor.Then. my medical records disappeared in Sherbourne Health. They found only a note from their nurse, it confirmed that I refused to sign the transfer form. Sherbourne Health did not even try to correct their awful mistake. They told me, a disabled person, to go away, leaving me without any doctor.

If we have the option for negative star definitely I will give it. The worst receptionist in the phone, they are rude, never have opening of doctors, no patient to explain the process, they give one instructions and they said that was wrong, what a mess. The doctors could be good but the reception is terrible, they don’t have wait list for patients, never consistent with date for opening. It’s been this call next wave since April, really disappointed.

Been going here for about 3 or 4 years now. It's nice to have a one stop shop for family doctor and STD testing. The staff is lovely from the reception to the nurses to the doctors! It was also really easy to get my monkeypox vaccination. I love the way they do therapy/counselling here. I was put in the brief therapy program" which means you get three sessions until you use them all and then are put back on a waitlist while you wait to get a permanent therapist. I've been with my therapist now since January 2022 and I absolutely love her. Thanks for everything Sherbourne Health!!"
