Customer service needs improvement. Was in for about 30 minutes, not one person asked me if I needed help, and multiple sales people pushed by me. The staff seemed more concerned about an incorrect DoorDash order they got for their lunch. One even put their hand on my cart and pushed it back into my body as he crossed my path. Right after I had spent $750. Sorry…wtf? I’ve spent about $10,000 here on smallwares in the last year. I have five stores and currently growing at the rate of two new stores per year. I’ve spent my last dollar here

We came to buy grill we asked for the help he said he going to get some one to help us but we are waiting for long time. then we left and went to nella food equipment but we surprise better price better service!

We ordered a Bunn pour over coffee system from Canada Food Equipment. Their staff (shout out to Yoni) were friendly, helpful and overall great to deal with, and our order arrived as expected and when expected. We would definitely order from Canada Food Equipment again.

Love this place, we shop here for work and for home use. Great place to get high quality restaurant grade kitchen stuff for home. My boyfriend swears by it's grill brush. They also sell face masks and face shields.

I tried to give this place a another chance today but as usual the sales rep completely lied to us. We went to buy a dough mixer and negotiated a used one down to $900. My husband suggested $875 and the guy was like I will do it but take away the warranty. When I asked what was wrong with it before they refurbished it he said absolutely nothing but then said he wouldn’t sell it to us at all with a warranty. Then this guy tried to upswell us by saying the dough mixer isn’t able to mix dough, only light stuff like pancake batter so we would be better off getting a brand new one. We used the same exact machine he was talking about for over 10 years and kept saying it couldn’t mix dough because it was from China. We decided to walk away and get a brand new dough mixer made in China from another company for only $1,500 with a 1 year warranty and free delivery to our door. The company we bought it from is a Canadian owned and operated company that imported the mixer we purchased.Canadian Food Equipment- we have been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years and to be lied to in order to upsell is absolutely ridiculous. Please do not degrade your customers and speak poorly about other cultures.To potential future customers - make sure to do your research before shopping here.

Great experience working with Canada Food Equipment, they were able to deliver on-time all equipment (including a installed walk-in freezer and big appliances) for our new facility in less than 30 days, which is a huge accomplishment in COVID days that no other company was able to commit with.Yoni and the team provide an amazing service, support and advice.Definitely will keep working with them in our future projects
