I don't write reviews but my experience with the developer has been really good especially the way service calls were handled in my unit. Got the response on the same day and technicians showed up on weekend to accommodate my schedule. Highly recommended!

The majority of positive reviews for this company seem to focus on their deficiency team, specifically Tony. However, it's worth noting that this team is often called in to fix mistakes that should have never been made in the first place. Frankly, it's unacceptable how poorly built their condos are. I highly advise visiting one of their completed condos before considering pre-ordering.

Horrible to deal with, cracks and leaks go unaddressed in the new condo developement I purchased pre sale.

This company cannot be trusted, as they make false claims and fail to follow through on their advertised promises. They have attempted to shift the blame onto their marketing team or the building settling.

The people who work for this company literally gave themselves their own reviews. Don't buy from this company. They do not follow anything written on their contracts and or what they marketed their buildings to include. Your strata fees will increase right off that bat, not do to inflation but do to the fact that YOU will be paying for your own gym equipment, your own amenity furniture, and because the trade's that they have building their buildings do not do things correctly the first time. I usually don't write reviews but this time I'm gonna do it. I would say Tony and his team (Carmelo, Ali, Andrases, Harry) are the best crew I have ever met so far.They came to fix deficiencies in our apartment. They are very friendly, professional, fast and detail. It was pretty easy to schedule appointment with them and they came right on the next day. Great job guys! Thank you very much!

If you want to be ripped off and deceived, go ahead and buy from ML Emporio. The second you walk into the lobby, you'll feel like you're being force-fed an advertisement for this mediocre development. They're so obsessed with their own branding, given that they used the same black marble in their own office lobby. Clearly, they're more interested in appearances than quality.Don't be fooled by the ads and their over-the-top promises of luxury living. ML Emporio started moving people in before the amenities were even finished. As a result, the courtyard, dog washing station, storage lockers, and gym were all unavailable to residents for an extended period of time. This is unacceptable, especially considering the high prices that they charge for their units.The business centre is equally laughable, it is poorly designed and offers no privacy. There's a loud fan that rings through the space, making it difficult to concentrate or hold a meeting.In short, avoid ML Emporio like the plague. They're nothing more than scam artists who are more interested in taking your money than delivering on their promises.

I would not let any of my friends and family buy from this developer.I am a first time homeowner who was very excited to move into this place that claimed to place value on amenities and wanted to create a welcoming space for everyone.Since moving in, there has been very little done in the amenities rooms, the gym had no equipment for months and was supposed to be included, however that is not the case. They used furniture from the showroom so they wouldn't have to buy new items. Everything on the website looks so nice, and when we discussed why there was such a discrepancy, they claimed none of that was a guarantee, it was just used as an example.The company wants people to think they have beautiful buildings, but the bones are not good. Leaks throughout, a building handed over without proper cleaning, and a typical response of 'we're looking into it' for everything that needs to be fixed.

They're cheap and they're liars.They don't deliver on what they promisedThe project manager zone out during our condo's general meeting and doesn't have answers to our questionsThese people don't know what they're doing and it shows.

This company is incredibly cheap. They hire, what I can only presume are the least expensive contractors, to fix deficiencies. They're either cheap or nepo babies because I don't understand how they would have been hired in the first place.Here is what I experienced:1. MLE will tell you that the contractors will get in touch with you personally, but only 2-3 weeks will go by before you have to tell them that nobody has reached out to you. Then another 2-3 weeks will pass, but this time MLE won't even bother responding to you. Another week goes by, and FINALLY someone will call you a week later. Just to book an appointment to get something fixed takes more than a month.2. The contractor will want to come in either tomorrow or within 3 days, with no regard for your work schedule. Booking anything beyond 3 days will result in the contractor forgetting and not showing up. If you try to remind them the day before, they will say they're all booked up and can't come. Then you have to tell your boss, Never mind
