Lauren is by far the most compassionate and professional Osteopath! She was incredibly thorough, walking me through everything she had planned and was doing. She spent a lot of time going over the details of our treatment afterwards, which helped me understand what was going on with my body. Both my children had treatments with her as well- she made it fun for them and because of her kind nature, they felt comfortable and totally at ease with her!Afterwards, she gave detailed instructions for exercises, which was truly going above and beyond as an Osteopath. She has made a big difference in our well being and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my families wellness!
