Swiss Chalet just lost a loyal customer... Since when a WHOLE chicken can not be cut in half?! You used to sell the Family Pack as a whole chicken with 4 sides and 4 rolls. Then due to packaging restrictions you insisted that it has to be cut in half. Well now, for the $34.99 I am forced to get 4 pieces of chicken" or "6 legs"... Tried ordering via your app... That rarely works

Went in for a quick lunch. The service was fine, quick and efficient. The Hot Chicken Sandwich was tasty, with a lot of meat, the French Fries weren’t the most crispy and the vegetables came al dente.

We came for lunch on Wednesday afternoon and had Trudy as our server. She was the incredible, best server we have ever had. So personable, sweet and knowledgeable. She was clearly overwhelmed with over 14 tables to serve but that did not effect the level of service we received. What a gem. Will be coming in every week just to see her.

We dined in for lunch today and had an above average Swiss Chalet experience. Our server was Trudy and she was the kind, polite and very attentive. In fact we’re on vacation from the US for a week and she has been hands down the best server that we’ve had the pleasure of being served by on this trip.Thank you Trudy for the great dining experience today!

Dined in for long awaited dinner date with hubby. Server was very nice. Ordered chicken dinner. Chicken was more like dry pulled pork. Chicken gladly replaced but no change and fries very mixed sizes and some burnt. Buns like concrete unable to cut. Manager agreed and we left without paying except for good tip for server as it was out of her control. Come on Swiss Chalet you can do much better.

There are two sides to the restaurant one side is like an actual sit down restaurant and the other side would be for takeout ordering , I liked this idea that way there aren't people walking through all the time if you are having a sit down dinner. There is a nice waiting area for takeout . Parking is ample with lots of room in the back but drive around the back for the actual takeout area . Food was well packaged and the staff was very friendly. The food does take a little while but I think that's probably a good thing for chicken I would order ahead . We waited about 20 to 25 minutes but I didn't think that was unreasonable.

Kelly C provided exemplary service. She was wonderful! Our chicken breasts were a little dryer than we had expected, but overall really good. We'll be back.

If you love Swiss Chalet, this is the location for you. Food is always quick and comes hot. All the servers and staff are great but a special shoot out to Trudy for the excellent service! We always make visiting Trudy for a 1/4 Chicken a must when we’re in the area.

Swiss Chalet
It’s average now. Used to love Swiss chalet but the white meat is always dry. I keep going to different locations hoping to find one that still has a juicy breast with fries and I love the sauce. Costco and Walmart’s rotisserie chicken is better, Swiss Chalet really needs to fix the problem or they will be gone soon. RIP
