Took forever to order due to staffing, they forgot one of the fries, the fries supremes were so overpriced for how pathetic they are and then the tacos had hardly any beef and were mostly lettuce. The crunch wrap supreme was so disappointing! There was hardly any meat, a tiny bit of lettuce and no tomatoes so all I could taste was the wrap. Worst fast food experience of my life! We will never come back due to how pathetic the food was. Incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied. Our daughter was so excited to get tacos and it ended up being a terrible experience and we had to go get dinner elsewhere after.

It is by far the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. They take 20 minutes at the drive, make a ton of mistakes and are always have something broken. I feel bad for the manager he is really nice and helpful and does whatever he can. It’s too bad his franchisee doesn’t care enough about their restaurant to staff it adequately and give the employees proper tools and training. The woman I dealt with needs to be better trained in customer service and her wasn’t good enough to take the order properly. This resulted in an incorrect order and it had to be remade, but without her dripping attitude to help remedy the situation.It is a disaster of a restaurant. You’re honestly better going to Abbotsford - you’ll get there by the time you’re good is made at this location.

Sad. Poor service. Weak portions. Not hot. Taste was dry and only spice came from sauce packets. Avoid the chilliwack location. $42 cost of food looked like $20 and taste like they should pay customer. I ended up throwing the gordita crunch out.

This Taco Bell gets 0 stars!! Took 35m in drive thru!! For them to screw up my order missing fries, drink and the Crunchwrap sumpreme had a tiny bit of meat and just lettuce! I will never go back what a waste of time!!!!

This location has KFC and Taco Bell together. Worst service and environment, wrong order. Took 10 min for someone to take an order. Then waited 20 minutes for our 7 bean tacos that was all wrong. It was all beef. No one even comes to the front till for 10 minutes at a time. Why even give a franchise location here if you can serve! My family left extremely upset.

We waited almost 10 minutes for someone to take our order and the only person in front of us was a very upset customer that is vegan and got beef instead. It then took over 20 minutes to get our food. They screwed up the order and have soft taco's instead of crunchy and the $5 fries supreme were cold had about 5 specks of dice tomato and very little other toppings. Literally ever customer in there was unhappy, asking for a refund or replacement. We sat and listened to complaint after complaint. Clearly there needs to be a change in management since the reviews are the same 6 six months ago as they are now. Very disappointing.

Worst! Ordered chili cheese fries it is very disappointing. The beef in it is not even placed properly and, most likely, not even 1 tablespoon. This franchise location's owner is the problem that makes KFC look bad. The owner is very cheap, and that is why the quality of food and service sucks.

Waited for over 20 minutes for cruchwrap and supreme fries. Crunch wrap was basically a tortilla with nothing really inside. Fries supreme has a teaspoon of meat, cheese and sour cream, not tomatoes. Also ordered was popcorn chicken, recieved no sauces and very sad pieces of chicken. Service was not good as well. Extremely disappointed.

This Taco Bell is awful. I went today and spent 30 mins in line and there was only 2 cars there when i pulled up. The sauce used on the Gordita and chicken quesadilla was some Smokey chipotle sauce I’ve never had at a Taco Bell before. The chicken in the quesadilla was so brown I’m pretty sure it was beef. The bean burrito we had (the picture) was awful, had chopped onions on it which I’ve never seen in another Taco Bell, was ice cold and beans didn’t seem edible. I’m not sure how this place is still open, it only operates from 1-7. They really should just close down before someone gets sick from their food.

Huge taco bell fan, but this location is the worst I have ever been to. I’m a Chilliwack local, and I’ve been to MANY different locations across the country. Don’t waste your time here! Wrong order at least half the time and slowest fast food service in existence. When you do get the correct order, it is probably half-a**ed. This place needs new management desperately. At least they will make it right after the first mistake
