My family has been taking their cars to Brian's for over fifteen years. Their service is second to none. Excellent work, and always an eye to keeping the costs down. I highly recommend them!

I almost bought a truck from Brian’s, but backed out at the last minute due to finances. He gave me back my deposit and didn’t make the process unpleasant, either way he’s earned himself a customer with me.Really classy people work here. Genuine.

Bought a 2007 harley ultra classic. Both Brian and his son did everything they could to accommodate me. I'm from out of town so they made sure whenever I could make it they helped me out. Brian took care of everything. Its only a 5 star rating system but they are 20+ in my books. Down to earth people. Thanks again

Had a hood latch issue. Checked it and it was just needing some cleaning. Put the grill back on and had it ready in less than an hour. Charges were less than an hour shop time as well. Good garage I will be going back for my Mike's Delivery vans service needs.

I went to start the car in my garage and it was dead. Every electrical component was shut down. I could not even move the shifter into neutral and as a result could not move the car out so that it could be boosted.I went to Brian's Auto where the team indicated a battery failure. They immediately drove me home and confirmed the diagnosis in my garage.The battery had shorted everything out and could no be energized. No problem. Brian went back to the shop and picked up a battery, returned and installed the battery. Problem solved. Total lost time 30 minutes.I must confess that I live about 5 blocks away and have been a loyal customer for the last 17 years. He is my car doctor and as a result no one else has been allowed to work on my vehicles.We have built a trust that is comforting in todays service industry. Although I don't like to spend the money

FANTASTIC! Professional, courteous, friendly, absolutely fantastic to deal with.. the list goes on! This is the only mechanic I will take my cars to! I called on the Friday before the long weekend to see if I could get my tires changed and they squeezed me in (because they are so nice!). I also asked if they could take a look at a crack I had in the bumper and although they do not do body work, they went and bought some epoxy to fix it for me. Both Brian, and another mechanic I spoke with were absolutely lovely to deal with and I will recommend this place to everyone who needs a mechanic.

I recently made the drive from Bobcaygeon to meet Brian. I was arriving on a Sunday to view one of his vehicles. Brian went out of his way to make both my wife and I feel very welcome. After viewing the car i was able to tour the facility and one could easily see the pride and rightfully so, in his establishment. Brian made it a very simple process to purchase. He is not your typical small town dealer, with over 30 years in business it was easy to see why! I have not taken delivery of the car yet, as it is still in storage, but, as Brian assured me everything will be attended too without question. That is precisely what a buyer wants IMHO. I bought a used car from Brian last year. It was a bit of a high end and pricey car. Brian assured me that it was mechanically fine and even offered to me that I could bring it back if there was a problem. Well, the car is great, runs fine. I took it to a manufacturer's dealership for oil changes and checkup... and everything is ok. I am pleased with Brian's honesty and full disclosure on the purchase of my car from him.

Brian's Auto service got my tire fixed in no time. Great work from the team.
