Plus 2 stars for very nice apparel collection! Unhappily, minus 3 stars due to staff I had to encounter with either being obtuse or just rude - I don't know which one. Greet rather reluctantly and once I start checking out some stuff, the guy just said - yea this one's very nice, but it may not be right fit for you... Well, great, thank you.. But next time what if you just advise the customer what you have and where to find what can be better fit? No... Just walked away with a witless smile. Really amusing. Maybe me was just categorized as not a non-target customer"? Very well then

I come here every year from NB while on vacation and spend $1000 or so each time. Quality of clothes is great. Jack Victor is one of my favourite brands. I’ve got some great deals on end of season items. Minus 1 star because despite spending lots of money here, whenever I walk in I don’t feel welcomed. Staff seem a bit pretentious or something. Not sure why, maybe it’s just because I don’t speak French.

À moins d'être vraiment mal pris, n'allez pas à cette succursale, allez plutôt à celle de la place Laurier où les conseillers offrent un service beaucoup plus courtois.

Quebec made high quality men's clothes, excellent service and clothes! Thanks to Stephane for helping outfit me in modern styles that actually fit me, Au Noir from Montreal, and so many more new to me that are now my favorites! I wear dress clothes daily and look in many cities for new clothes and this was the best service and shopping experience yet! Thank you, see you next fall when we are back in Quebec City!

Had to stop by to get a new belt last summer. The store presentation was great. Someone from the staff was a little arrogant after I told him that I was only there to quickly get a belt. The belt is still in good condition after wearing it everyday for the past few months.

Patron et staffs branchés, à la mode. C'est très bien ici et chic, pour une tenue de qualité où pour prestance de dernière minute à l'hôtel, les prix sont quand même abordables et vous y trouverez des fringues pour homme décontractés. Bravo!

Olivier était de suprême qualité de service et très connaissant! Je suis allée accompagner mon partenaire qui n’aime pas du tout magasiner et toute l’équipe se mise au travail pour nous accommoder!!!La qualité du service est exceptionnelle dans cet endroit sur la rue Saint-Jean à Québec City!!
