I am so absolutely delighted with my experience at Laura, Polo Park. The staff was excellent and so helpful. I am usually very intimidated clothes shopping for myself but they put me at ease and helped me choose a dress for my son's wedding. I would recommend them to anyone!! The dress is gorgeous, the price was right, I will be back, thank you!!

Firstly, I'd applaud the customer service of this store.. I went into this high class looking store, expecting the general customer service which is egoistic towards customers. But it was totally different. Domenica was my service representative and she was really friendly and energetic. Helped my friend pick dresses, helped her with everything she needed and even stayed with me for small talk while my friend tried the dresses. She's also an amazing sales person, realised that my friend might need some accessories with the dress and was upfront about selling them but not in a pushy way. The collection is decent but customer service is what got this store a 5 star.

Maria helped me to pick out a dress for a wedding. She was extremely helpful and I appreciated her honesty on how they fit and looked. Every time I exited the change room she was right there ready to help me.

Friendly and very helpful. Will be back for some fall/winter clothes. And maybe sooner. I like youthful styles even if I'm more matureRose is a very happy, caring lady made me feel special when I was shopping even took the time to let me know she had a clutch that would set my outfit to be perfect. Thank you

Liked some the the coats for fall or spring but nothing else drew me in. More for woman who are older. Played music I like though.

Laura Plus Polo Park is an excellent store! Belinda is a fabulous manager. She knows design and what suits a person! All of her staff are very helpful and I like that they are really interested in doing what is best for the client. They are very client centered!

Barbara is amazing! She is warm, friendly and great sense of humor. She welcomes all customers even when she is busy helping many but never too busy to be a calm and delightful presence! Normally we don't buy from Laura but her welcoming demeanor made it that much better of a shopping experience, a perfect gift for Mother's Day! Thank you Barbara for being a warm presence and great reminder of what retail is suppose to be! Fabulous, friendly and helpful!

My young daughter 19, just came home and was upset at the experience she had at your store.First off, she walked into their looking for a shawl or cover up of some type for her birthday dress that she just bought (not from Laura). She happened to have the dress with her and she told me the ladies told her to put it on, and berated her while she was in the dress stating things like, I don't like that. It's not "it"

I have good experiences at both Laura & Laura Plus at CF Polo Park. I recently bought clothes at Laura. Everyone in the stores were friendly. Grace, the clerk, was very helpful in choosing clothes. Manager was very kind when I needed help with exchange an item ordered online. The Plus size store is also good. I went there in April to get a blazer for my family. Rose was very professional and helpful. In addition to the Customer services, the qualities of clothes are good. I am very satisfied with my recent purchases.
