Lakeside Place

Nice place with a beautiful view of Aquitaine lake..!Service is good and is well maintained.No indoor swimming and gym is very small I mean very small..!

Worst property management. Maintenance is worst and charging unreasonable amounts when you move out.

My husband and I really wanted to get into this place and so we callled and emailed and at one point I think I even got onto a waitlist. My friend also lived there so I asked if she knew anyone in the office to maybe get the ball rolling as every time I called, I always got a sure we'll call you back" and I never recieved a call. One lady with a thick accent (that barely spoke english and barely understood me) said that she couldn't even check a waitlist. They put adds for free units without even having them free. I recently inquired about an add I found for a three bedroom and the same lady who barely spoke english told me

Living at Lakeside Place for 10 years, I love it just as much as the day I moved in.Cornelia and her team are always pleasant and friendly. Their dedication to provide happiness, pleasant working and living environment is outstanding. Cornelia and her team always have smiles and are very pleasant, always quick to respond and fix any issues when they are brought forth.:)

Great place to rent from, run by a reliable company and any issues are dealt with in a timely manner.

I can not rate this property based on current management however, I can say that I lived there WAY back in the mid 80's and LOVED it! I delivered the Toronto Star and worked my tail off. It was a pivotal time in my life and I have only fond memories of that property, the neighborhood. Can't wait to visit someday. Great place for a family then, I would not be surprised it is now.

I have been living here with my family since Dec 2017, I am totally in love with this place. Great management and very polite staff. All maintenance problems are solved on time, I have never experienced any delay! Cornelia and staff are very educated and helpful at the office.Beautiful trails for walks with scenic views. Lake and parks close by. Quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Clean and large apartments. I would highly recommend Lakeside Place!

I don't live here, but I do hope to soon. My family and I came for a tour of the property in February 2018 to potentially rent in July. I must say when we first drove onto the property I was already in love. The property is very well kept and it is very quiet. We had a great experience with the lady in the rental office (I can't recall her name, but she was so kind and knowledgable of the building, the management (Oxford) and the surrounding area). The lady took us on a tour of the building which has been recently renovated and is beautiful. The suites are nice and very large. She then took us outside, pointed out the beautiful lake Aquitaine, the community center which can be seen from the tower. They have outdoor and underground parking, a gorgeous party room, a well equipped gym and an outdoor pool and basketball court. My family and I are really hoping to get into this property in July. I'm sure once we do get in my rating will be 5 stars.

Apartment maintenance is very good and well maintained the building. Prompt response for service requests are appreciated.
