Very disappointed. After 3 weeks of promises they didn't even have time to talk to me.

Got my E450 engine rebuilt. Darryl and staff are friendly and took the time to explain, and even show me, the parts that failed. Was upfront about the timelines and met them.Update: 2021-08-07Not impressed. The cooling fan and upper radiator hose were installed such that the fan wore through the upper radiator hose which didn't take long to fail and shoot coolant everywhere. Had to do a temp patch job to get it back home because this failed on a Friday evening after you and everybody else closed.When I went to drain some coolant the next day to pull the patched hose off to replace it, I found that they snapped the radiator drain nut off and tacked it (barely) in place with what looks like JB weld.Also found their funnel in my engine bay. Glad that didn't shake loose and cause any issues.I'm supposed to be going out camping in this tomorrow... assuming I am able to get this fixed properly myself. You can be sure you'll be hearing from me when I get back the following week. Very disappointed and let down.Update 2: I ended up fixing it myself. Should be good for tomorrow. Hope you guys reimburse me my expenses.Update 3: 2021-08-29After leaving a couple voicemails, I was eventually called back and reimbursed without challenge for my expenses. As for the radiator drain nut, I'm told that wasn't them. With only 30k km on the unit, I'm a bit sceptical of that claim but have no way of proving one way or the other, so I'll take them at face value on that one, I suppose.

Absolutely awesome experience here, they got me in within a week of calling, they were able to do my repair for lower price then anywhere else that I called to in the city! The staff was super friendly and they even warranted a part for me! Extremely pleased with this shop I will definitely be going back!

Darryl was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain every aspect of my vehicles issues. I have a F350 and it was encouraging to see many others there. Not that it's clearly a problematic truck but that they are known as the specialists for these trucks. I was very happy with price and service. It's hard to find a heavy mechanic that actually sticks to estimated times and when they tell you it's going in it actually does. Will return again, likely sooner then I wish:)
