I loved this place! The instructor took the time to explain the strokes, how to mix the colours and techniques used. I felt the allotted time was fair and most of the class was able to finish the painting within the time given.All in all, my friends and I enjoyed it and I would consider coming back with some other friends!

(Mind you, we have a guest from California that came for the birthday celebration and she couldn’t believe the customer service we received from the owner…) SHAMEFUL! ~Canadian Hospitality where?We just finished our private session downstairs for my friend’s bday, it was GREAT until….! (Katie the instructor was awesome and we enjoyed it.) However, the issue came with the manager and the rest of the staff. They claimed if fees weren’t paid then IT COMES OUT OF THEIR (the staff) PAYCHECK. Firstly, that is inhumane how you can let customers affect your staff with paying them what they rightfully worked? Very bad and insulting for an owner of a business. Secondly, the birthday girl booked over the phone for 12 people and paid the $250 deposit. Due to sickly kids and other unfortunate circumstances, 5 of the guest couldn’t show up so there was 7 of us. The manager told us we can pay for the 7 and the $250 will go towards it. (What he said over the phone when she told him 5 won’t show up) When we FINISHED the session, the staff said he would never say that and “STRONGER -yes that’s his name apparently” would take the difference out of their pay. Weird right? Cause my friend said that’s $250 down the drain and she shouldn’t be paying for the people that didn’t come. Needless to say, the customer service from the manager “stronger” was lacking as he was very strong on paying for the 7 and keeping the $250 deposit. Worst customer service experience because he claimed he would be losing from the 5 not being paid and he could have filled the spot from a Sat night if we wouldn’t. Really? 5 people? You losing so much that if we refused to pay cause you already had the $250 for 5 people that you’d take from the staff pay????? Woooow says a lot about you stronger. 0 care from you and we will NEVER be back. Glad to know customer service and keeping customers happy isn’t on your priority list, just money. From someone that claims to take still from the employees anyways so he doesn’t lose out on his profits. Weirdo!!! Wouldn’t even say take a credit for a next class. Just utter disrespect and classless stealing $250 from the birthday girl!Nothing to do with Katie tho, you were great :) thanks for a great class Katie!BTW- $45 plus tax and NO DRINKS included. Just paint.

I had never been to a paint night, but it was quite fun at Pinot’s. They have a great set up with a stage and sound system for the artist to teach the class. The instructions were clear and I was surprised the painting turned out so well. The whole process was relaxing. They offered to take requests for music. There was a good amount of time for breaks to speak to your friends too. Booking online was quite straightforward.

Such a fun activity. The instructor is very talented and patient with all of the painters. Oh and there’s a bar as well! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, this was a great experience. I would come back again. (Great Spotify Playlist BTW)

Had a great time here w my partner. The instructors were all quite helpful. There was a pretty big class but when I asked for help, everyone was quite friendly and helpful.Pretty nice atmosphere and good music. I didn’t drink so I can’t speak to the bar service but everyone seemed to enjoy the night.Pretty happy w how my art work turned out given that I have little to no clue of what painting on a canvas (or anything for that matter) actually consists of.

Came here for a paint night and had a great time! The instructor was very clear and gave ample time to catch up if you missed a step. Was very easy to follow along. Great drink selection as well. Would definitely recommend!

Rwallt fun experience here for my cousins bachelorette party! The painting experience was great and Alastair was a fantastic teacher!The bartending could be improved given the volume of painters and the demand for beverages. There were only two servers and because of the wait we missed the first part of the painting experience. Also it was a little bit confusing as we found out our party room was double booked that night.Aside from that these small issues our group had a good time and we would definitely try this out again.

Great experience! I love everything in here. Except during my class, it was really noisy. Not caused by anything from this place, but caused by fellow participants. Maybe the teacher could have told the participants to turn down their voices as well! And my seat was at the very back and I barely couldn’t see the teacher painting demonstration so maybe they have to arrange better seating. But overall everything was awesome!

Had a great time here. Great for a date night or just to hang out with friends. Great atmosphere and great staff/service. Will definitely be back!
