Unbelievable fast unloading for paper rolls!Only one ramp for it (32) and 2 more trucks ahead of me- 15 minutes and I am empty.For paper rolls delivery- go to Imperial Rd- do not waste you time and try from another side with shipping/ receiving office.

Day and Ross always find the worst and most corrupt dispatchers to work at this place. They are always demanding money to give good loads to their cronies and starve honest working persons. The present bald eagle Paki dispatcher has been charged with multiple criminal offences by the Guelph Police Service. He is out on bail and will go to jail soon. He is high on methamphetamine most of the time and is high on absenteeism because of his compulsive drinking habits. He and his other drivers friends use WestRock property for having open alcohol drinking parties. Once he passed out in his car after heavy binge drinking and was parked between the trailers and couldn't drive home. His partners in binge drinking are still working at WestRock. He is the low level functionary of a very high level chain of corruption in Day and Ross.Such are the low standards of their recruiting process that people with criminal records can land plum positions and enrich themselves with under the table" corruption. I've worked here as a summer student for two years(two summers). Good pay for the amount of work, although it can get fairly hot and humid during hotter days of the summer.

The day shift receiving guy working on rolls is very rude. Why he is frustrated on delivery drivers at the end of his shift

Clean shop, well managed.

They are always hiring cause they can't keep good workers or at least that's what I have been told so over that last few years I have handed in multiple resumes but yet have not even been called once, I'm really starting to think it's probably for the better since im looking for a reliable company to work for.

Was there for 12 working days and was let go do to Unsatisfactory work". I had 4 days of training and was left alone to work in an area that needs way more training. Was told by supervisor to "Take the bull by the horns and get in there" yet I was never shown what to do or how to do it safely. I have 16 years of factory background and came with a solid reputation and referral. I would highly recommend avoiding this place as not one employee had anything positive to say about it while I was there."
