Never really thought of getting a mazda, but once I came to this dealership Kirat showed me the Mazda 3sport as I was looking for a sporty car. Been driving it and honestly love it. I recommend my family and friends to get mazda too great cars and great staff

I wanted to thank the Go Mazda group for their grand help with getting me in an amazing new vehicle. As a first time buyer I was skeptical about it all but they held my hand through it and taught me a lot. Thank you Claude and Jade for making my car buying experience a good one!

Romad was excellent to speak with for my vehicle purchase. He was very casual, provided me with vehicle history, was informative about the non mazada I ended up purchasing, and booked a test drive with me. The communication was important to me as I live 1 h and 15 minutes north of Edmonton, wanted to be serious any potential purchase, and know all I could before I came into test drive. I then eventually purchased my 2016 vehicle from Ramod. Ramod met and exceeded that standard I have. As well, part of the short term warranty in their used vehicle sales it was to cover major issues after purchase within 30 days(like engine failure, etc. basically lemon proof protection is what I it). My vehicle had an issue, although me to it was major at the time, it ended up being minor in the end. Ramod called me after I sent him an email, he assisted me, and the sales team took care of me very well and were committed to providing a used vehicle that was reliable and will be reliable after.I have and will continue to say “Go to Ramod at Go Mazda” to my friends and family around greater Edmonton. When you meet him and inquire about a vehicle, you will know why!

I got an oil change a 2 days ago along with other maintenance but the oil dip stick was not put back into the engine! The oil splashed all over my engine bay and every time I drive my car you can smell the burnt oil. Definitely not coming back for any other service, I will take my business somewhere else. How can you trust a mechanic when he/she messes up something so simple, I can’t imagine bigger jobs!

Juan was super respectful and responsive up until I signed the papers. They snuck on an extra $2500 to the vehicle price. They make you pay for a “detail” yet the car just gets vacuumed. They lied about multiple things to get me to sign then the day before possession tell me the opposite of what I heard before. They don’t care to fix their mistakes. Avoid Juan and you might have an alright experience. He doesn’t reply to you. Tells you one thing but does another. Shady place with sub par sales.

I had a recent bad experience with the service.Firstly, the issue was regarding the price. I had an oil change that cost $120+ this time, which is a significant increase compared to last year's price of $89+. I asked why the price had gone up so much, but the front desk guy insisted that $89 was the price from two years ago. I requested him to check my service records from last year to confirm the price, but he refused.Secondly, my phone stand got damaged during the service. After receiving my key and returning to my car, I discovered that the phone stand was completely broken. One of the stand legs was hanging from the dashboard, while the body of the stand was lying on the floor. When I brought this to their attention, they simply responded, I don't know about that. I'm not sure if it was done by us!" Naturally

It's hard to believe this is a Go Auto owned dealership because it rises way above the usual (admittedly low) Go bar.Great, helpful, friendly staff that aren't pushy. Nice facilities.Plus, Mazda is making some really great cars these days, so they're definitely worth checking out.The only negative seems to be that the lot itself isn't terribly large, which reduces the amount of inventory on site.Overall, recommended

This place has the best service department. I've got lots of experience with dealerships and how they run. This is the only place that actually has great customer service. They make the customer feel valued and approach it's members without judgement. Professional and friendly. Knowledgeable and patient. They thoroughly explain the process from start to finish as well as providing an in depth video of the technicians findings. All be it, it's a fast look over ( and under) the vehicle.Avery and Geo are usually the ones that I see on my visits and they have consistently been there for us. Even when I've called them a bunch of times in a day when I had car troubles, they were calm and collected and reassured me that I will be taken care of.I highly recommend bringing all your car concerns here.
