Lone Star Texas Grill
Our late lunch at Lonestar this afternoon was nice! My boyfriend and his sister have been wanting to come back here for a while. As a vegetarian, I was skeptical. Unfortunately there isn’t that many vegetarian options here. Although it was a cool experience to make my own fajitas. The food was good, but not worth a 5 star rating. The prices were a bit steep in my opinion. Our server Sassy was friendly and made the experience great!

we had stardust as our server! i came with my family of 11 people, a big table and i understand how it is because i serve as well. she was amazing considering it was only her third day severing. very very nice and good with children!!!! thank you stardust for making our experience great :)

I ordered the Classic Queso and Chips and Garlic Shrimp Fajitas. The presentation of the food was well done. Their customer service was great.

Lone Star Texas Grill
A couple of friends went here for lunch after a day of shopping. We were seated immediately and then met our server. She was so enthusiastic and pleasant I wish I remembered her name we ordered base on her recommendations and I must say the food was excellent. Among us we ordered the calamari and nachos for appetizers then for the mains we had; fish tacos 5/5 , the fajita platter 4.5/5 and a steak dinner 4/5. The potion size was surprisingly generous, I had leftovers that I ate for breakfast the next morning. I will be taking my husband here for lunch whenever we’re in the neighbourhood. I just hope it’s the same or better than before.

Horrible experience! The Waitress forgot our appetizer! another staff member brought it after they brought the food and because we asked them where was the appetizer. To top it off it was cold! They always give you chips and salsa when you get there and she forgot that too! The Chimichanga was tasteless! Not going back! Do not recommend!

Service was incredibly bad. We waited 15 min, then I had to go ask ask for someone to get our server to come take our order. Once the food was brought, we never saw her again, and I had to go a second time to ask someone to get her. The fajitas were okay; however, the tortillas were terrible. They were very doughy. We paid our bill and, on the way out, spoke to the manager about our disappointing service. She took my info and said she was going to send me coupons by email. I'm not surprised I didn't get anything. 2nd bad experience at this location. Shame on them.

Bad experience last night.We were a group of 3, sat out on the patio, very nice. Our lovely hostess even moved the umbrella. I’m giving my one star to her for that reason. She was the most attentive of everyone who served us yesterday.It was almost 5pm, not a dinner rush at all. There was a table of 2, table of 6 and a table of 4 outside with us. And a few people scattered around the dining room.It took nearly 10 minutes for “Dallas”, our server, to come and greet us and ask our drink orders. We ordered everything at once because I could tell it would be slow service. Our drinks came fast but no glass for my Dads bottle of beer. He asked for one. She went back inside and came back with bills for the table next to us. I waited a few more minutes then went in and grabbed a glass myself from the bar area.Our onion ring app was served by a runner. No check in from Dallas at this point. Our meal was also served by a runner who did not bring ketchup for the fries. No Dallas still so I went up and asked the host for ketchup and I brought it back to the table.We finished our food and stacked the plates at the edge of the table with the app plate and empty beer bottle.We wanted dessert and waited for Dallas to come to us. She didn’t. I went inside and found her pouring drinks at the bar and asked for 3 apple crisps.She came rushing out to say sorry for not being attentive and that they were understaffed. She said she punched in our apple crisp. And then walked away without clearing a single dirty plate. A runner brought dessert out too. The empty dirty plates sat stacked while we ate our dessert. See pic.We asked for our bill, paid and promptly left.I understand understaffing is not Dallas’ problem but there were atleast 2 hosts who could’ve been assigned to do table checks. Everytime I went in to get an item for my table they were standing around chatting with eachother, so those are wasted resources. Also, some retraining for the servers on using their steps efficiently. She had plenty of opportunities to bring our glass, ketchup and take desert orders. I work in a busy restaurant myself.We left Dallas enough to cover her tip out. I hope Lonestars plans on using their resources more efficiently in the future. We will not be returning.

Watermelon lemonade is addicting. Service was exceptional during our visit. Food was good. Complimentary chips and salsa were a nice surprise.

We attended for Father’s Day dinner. The server was extremely disrespectful and impolite. She continuously made the table feel as though we were inconveniencing her at any request. She was also unable to answer multiple questions regarding the menu which lead to an error on the bill. When we informed her the bill was incorrect her attitude amplified and she actually started arguing with us. We eventually had to get the manager who agreed the bill was incorrect but he offered nothing but an apology for our experience. After the table spending over $300, we will not be returning based on service alone.

Lone Star? More like Alone Star. I waited 15 minutes in an almost empty restaurant to be checked on and have my order taken. I waited almost 30 min for my food (which is normally fine but the restaurant was very dead yet very staffed) and when my order came, it was wrong.Food was good.
