The store is not big but thevariety of pets product is quite big. They have special cutie cookies for dogs. Two sales ladies are nice too!

The staff is really helpful and very friendly. The new manager, I think his name is Adam is very knowledgeable and goes way out of his way to assist with new food selection plus treats.

Since Tisol was the same as Bosley and Pet Food n More, I knew they would carry Acana. Lots of other stuff too for almost all animals.

This pet supply store is awesome! The Tisol staff are excellent in customer service. 4 years ago, I adopted two rescue feral black cats that RAPS had up for adoption in the Tisol store.The staff are excellent in providing the 10% monthly discount over the phone when I'm unable to go to their store on the monthly sale day.Best pet supply store in Richmond!
